The seats did not have foot rest. If there is no foot rest you can’t sleep.
Bag check in at DC was slow. Boarding process was slow more due to customers unfamiliar with how to board properly. Food and service was excellent!
I lost my baggage and it’s been three days didn’t able to find out. Also ticket was issued for qatar airways but they ended up board me on to Indigo from Doha to Hyderabad. My trip made miserable without cloths.

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 7 hrs in Manila. Then in Qatar, there's no flight available going to Philadelphia. It will be the next morning. But they did very good in assisting us in everything. From food to accomodation. We'll still fly with Qatar Airways. I know there's a good reason for the delays."
Cons: "Qatar airways should allocate separate seating for families. The crowd was generally composed of labour from Qatar and other middle eastern countries making the flight an unpleasant experience. It felt like going to a factory shift at 4 in the morning."
Premium was very comfortable. Food was delicious. I had specific diet requirement and Virgin Atlantic ensured it was provided. Onboard crew was very friendly and caring. Extremely smooth journey. I wonder how upper class experience would be. Perhaps one day, I will try upper class.

Cons: "The rows are so narrow between seats that your roll on suitcase will not fit. You have no elbow room in your seat. People who live in England are very rude and would not let those of us seated in front of them to deplane. Too bad there isn’t someway to make people wait their turn."

Cons: "Virgin website is slow and not intuitive. Couldn't get seat assignment until i was at the gate. No explanation why. Boarding announcements delivered via ESP. Half of the passengers were still in the boarding area because no one heard announcements. Arrived 30 min early but had to wait on the tarmac for 45 min for a parking gate. Baggage delivery at JFK took forever."

They placed their luggage in the overhead compartment belonging to both rows, which wasn't a problem if they hadn't proceeded to open and close the compartment every 20 minutes. The 300 pd dad repeatedly stepped on my broken toe while reaching for his luggage, while rattling around and disturbing sleeping passengers. And, sadly the child repeatedly threw temper tantrums without any care or effort of intervention from the parents. In short, they terrorized the surrounding travellers. In contrast, my outbound flight, also had a family seated in the row directly in front. This family was the antithesis, considerate and respectful of their fellow passengers. Susan Laws"
The flight was overbooked and the staff at the gate started calling for volunteers to drop out and offering incentives. That delayed the flight
There was no wifi even after my husband paid for wifi it wasn’t working. The plane looked and felt old.
Update the cabin with tv screens or at least music sources.

I was told and paid extra payment to have extra leg space seat but we got surprices only. Such a long hour flights seat leg space to be improved

Then they tried to rush us on so that everyone was standing on the HOT jetway for 10 min waiting to get on the plane. Plane didn't take off til 5:35 PM. Over all on this trip I had three flights that were delayed. I'll think twice before taking American Air again."
