Transavia flight. Couldn't select seat or anything prior to flight. No connection with klm systems. Seats are very crammed. Extremely no frills.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Flight left a few minutes late, but that's it. I wish the seats could be wider and recline more.
Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting
The IFE was quite old, but it worked fine and the content was good. The cabin crew were excellent and the food was as also very good
The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any information, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

The flight was great, the only reason for middle scores on entertainment and food is that it was a short flight so not included (but snacks were served including alcoholic beverages free of charge). I would definitely recommend KLM.
Was trying to change a flight but told that Canadian and local klm systems do not interact so they could not access my booking. Overall I like klm a lot but if it was important to change flights I would be very frustrated.
Flight was delayed. Can happen. But the info on the website and app said that flight was cancelled which was not the case.
Qatar Airways in-flight first/business class service is superior to any US airline; excellent meals are served on short haul flights such as between DXB and DOH.
No towels or tissue and chocolate and mint provided before arrival
Suddenly Flight has been change by Qatar and there’s no information is there of us from Bom to Doha and counter person is behaving like Qatar owner next I will not buy Qatar and I will not suggest anyone to fly in Qatar
they give hard time at checking, they not allow computer bag or purse
I staff or crew they were very friendly and humbly, they done theirs service very well, I appreciate them and thank you to the company or Qatar 🇶🇦 Government for providing as good service in their flight ,once again, thank you 😊 🙏 😀 😉 👍
There’s lots of problem I faced from Bom to Doha that experience was worst I never faced before like this
Wore experience due to delay and took me 3 days to reach my destination.
All over with Qatar airlines my experience was really bad due to delays and then putting me on different airlines and after 8 hours of wait I had to listen to their is no plane to fly for another 24 hours. Wore experience ever.
Just money making business. This was my fourth journey with Qatar Airways, year by year the quality of service getting poor. Food is very cheap. They have some low quality alcohol beverages. They don’t have any brandy or cognac. No toilet around the gate lounge. We have to wait until getting to the flight for use toilet.very long standing for entering into the flight. We can see the old passenger suffering.
Ultimate customer care humble and excellent service oriented crew , perfect timing maintained by the crew . My profound appreciation.
Like: It arrived, Dislike: Boarding was a separate corridor with no counter announcements at the passenger waiting area. Very dirty airplane and toilets, food options were terrible - everything even the vegetarian option was a curry spice. Many other passengers using the toilets would not lock the door and kept door partially open during use - flight attendants would not enforce or direct them to lock it and light turns on, no entertainment options at all, other passengers would be singing and not peaceful. Atrocious flight experience.
There where no ear phones provided and the food needs to improve.
I have been flew with ET since 2013 and I wish the service can be reach standard airlines as Star Alliance member please ET you need to improve many thing on the services learn from SQ and other member

Boarding was delayed and people were just sitting there like lost.
Good was great, but no vegetarian option: only beef or chicken. In business class please add a vegetarian option. Thanks
The experience was amazing! Many thanks to the pilot who informed us that we were passing mt Kilimanjaro and we had the chance to see it !
I like the leg room. I did not like the plane from Chicago to Addis. It was dirty and smelly and toilet area filthy. My screen was not working and kept saying loading. The plane from Addis to Harare was clean , more modern and food looked much fresher and tasted better. Boarding at Addis was a nightmare, long queues and lots of confusion,International space has no seating are and one is standing all the time.
It’s good alternative flight out from Mogadishu, especially for the timing

Very nice. Crew was excellent and our seats had great legroom which we paid extra for so I highly recommend this option when flying internationally.
Delayed take off but I think they waited for passengers.
I remember flying with Lufthansa many years ago, and it used to be an amazing airline with more technologically savvy and roomy planes, but unfortunately that isn’t the case anymore. The space between the seats is much smaller, which is ok for short flights, but definitely not for across the Atlantic flights. Not sure if I’ll opt for Lufthansa the next time, maybe just if necessary.
My mother is 87 years old and has knee problems. I have reserved a wheelchair indicating that she is immobile. For her it is very difficult to walk short distances. On arrival in Frankfurt, I was called via my mother's phone, by the female employee who had my mother in a wheelchair. She asked me how many and what color suitcases she has, which I explained. I was very surprised when 15 minutes later my mother walked out with her cane and balancing with great difficulties assisted by a young couple who were pushing her suitcase. Where was the wheelchair and the airport employee? I find this to be a disrespectful and abusive behavior of elderly people. It also raises the question of professional misconduct of the airport personnel in Frankfurt i.e. the female employee who abandoned an 87 year old immobile person by the luggage lane. I would like to inquire about the details i.e. name of that employee.
Very disappointed. None of the bags from Newark & Toronto flight were loaded onto connecting flight to Mumbai. And yet, no announcement during the flight. No placard near the luggage carousel in Mumbai. Absolute mayhem at Lufthansa lost & found counter. Each agent taking 20 minutes to record each incident. Stood in line for more than 1 hour, after suffering through a 8 hour flight.
Crew was great. Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Seat was not comfortable. Overall experience was mediocre.
It was excellent. I upgraded from premium economy to business and it was totally worth it. We were on a 747 and I sat upstairs and enjoyed the privacy. The crew was incredible especially the woman who had been working with you all for 30 years.she was absolutely spectacular as was her cabin. The food was delicious. I would just serve bread with the meal. Don’t take it away!
Staff are really not attentive. Seem rather disinterested in attending to the customers in general.
Definitely service quality is going down. With all those flights delays and several days luggage delays Lufthansa reputation of used to be a reliable air line is now compromised. The flight from JAX to Washington was almost 4 hours delayed: as a result I never checked-in at Warsaw Marriott Hotel and was not refunded. My Delsey hard shell luggage was destroyed (got a big crack on it!!!) upon several hours delayed arrival from Frankfurt. On my return trip my 2 luggages did not arrive with me to JAX and I only was able to get them 2 days later. The online agent with a heavy accent spoke broken English and was not able to provide me with information on missing luggages. Guys, you need to do better.
They failed to make sure all luggage made it onto the flight. I had to spend a week on vacation with no clothes.
