Seat assignments can never guarantee." This is what they emailed me when they did that to me on my pre-selected & confirmed seats!!"
Cons: "DOHA to NY. I board the plane to find out that Qatar SWITCHED SEATS ON ME that I selected months ago without any notice at all! Got stuck in middle seat on the wing! I emailed Qatar you know what they said? "Seat assignments can never guarantee." No voucher or anything offered! Fly something else!!"
Cons: "Doha to Washington plane was an old plane where entertainment system did not function properly, seats did not recline etc. Emirates A380 is a lot more comfortable plane."
Pros: "The leg room was huge, the food was excellent and a lot and the customer service was great not my first time to fly with Qatar and it won’t be my last, the made my trip worthwhile. Thank you"

Cons: "Had an 11hr delay overall, 3.5hrs sitting on the tarmac only to be told to disembark for dinner at the airport. Then told that we won't be getting on until 7am the next day, but only really started boarding at 8:30am. By the time we were told about the reschedule to the next morning, it was too late to get a hotel room (too far away) and was told that I could use a 'Quiet Lounge' at the airport (which wasn't quiet). While waiting to board at 7am the next day, ground staff told us that they had to change the plane so there would be a further delay. On boarding, we discovered that it was the SAME PLANE."

Pros: "Due to business I travel allot so I deal with allot of airlines. This is by far the best airlines I have used. Excellent crew and airport staff. I don’t think words can express how satisfied I am with this airlines and airport. The nicest people and great service. Clean and modern aircraft. Going to try flying only with KLM from now on."

Cons: "The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!"

Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Cons: "I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Pros: "The flight was really cheap. Although you get what you pay for. My seat didn’t have entertainment working. This is not the first time that it happens and the crew only look at your face and say sorry. Doesn’t do anything about it."

No answer, they attended me and heard my concerns when they were informed by a friend I was with "Hypoglycemia." I had vomit and a bad trip. I will think twice before doing it again!"

Pros: "The plane from Capetown to Luanda was a slightly older refurbished plane which meant more leg room which was really nice . The food was good and service friendly."
