On the Dubai-Gatwick flight the only meal options were Beef or Chicken. No vegetarian option. This was a surprise. I would usually order in advance but did not this time. Would have been good to know that a vegetarian meal is not available as a standard meal. Thankfully it was just me travelling, but if I’d had my kids with me that would have been a big problem for us.

The customers before boarding the plane from Dubai was HORRENDOUS. The entire Emirates staff had a stick up their bum. The guy at the check in booth was rude. I don’t understand.
Absolutely terrible delays for 3 hours changed seats after we paid an upgrade on both legs. It appears it’s up to us to request a refund after they down graded our seat. Never again !!

Seat and leg space is much better than the Qatar airline. The crew I would like to say is not meeting the requirements of emirates airlines cause it almost 20 years I am flying with emirates this time I really feel that crew is not behaving well someone asked for water waited more than 30 minutes and there are more incidents in this flight.
More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

It never happened. The flight was canceled because of ground crew strikes in Germany.

The Lufthansa flight is OK. All the crew is very nice but unfortunately, one man in the crew is very rude. I can’t remember his name, unfortunately during the flight I passed -out and All was very caring without anyone he pushed me to wake up and go he told me he was tied. Thank you. One of the worst experiences. Some of the Staff was really unfriendly and rude. I was freezing and I asked for an extra blanket and one of the stewardess told me that it’s only one for each passenger and then I asked another one and thank God she gave me one. The food was very poor. They offered meal as soon as we took off and then nothing for 7-8 hours. Then they gave a tiny snack something like crackers and one hour before landing they gave us another snack.
I lost my luggage in this flight with all my personal belonging including critical medications and until now no one from Lufthansa contacted me despite filling the claim immediately after arriving to the final distinction.

The flight has been delayed and arrived 30 minutes late. I had a very tough connection in Frankfurt, I had to run to catch my flight to Newark and Lufthansa was absolutely not helpful. They just told me I have to hurry but didn't tell me where I should go , I was very disappointed
The whole experience reinforced everything I don't like about flying. There were some good parts. I missed my flight due to not enough passport control stations. The service at the Lufthansa Customer Service center to get me on another flight was excellent. However, the gate for that flight changed several times. When I finally got to the last gate and wanted to check with the Lufthansa crew at the gate as there were no signs on the video monitors, she abruptly told me she needed her time right now. Also, as a result of changing the gates I ended up losing my very expensive, high quality winter hat. That was the worst part of an ugly travel day.
Flight was canceled at 11th hour and rescheduled to different airline . Still waiting for a refund on baggage opted with Lufthansa.
