The flight was delayed with no notice. No inflight entertainment. Communication is vital in any business.

Cons: "Luggage was delayed by 24 hours, customer service desk in Johannesburg EXTREMELY helpful, in Kigali they were clueless. Transit area very crowded, humid and stuffy."

Lots of potential on the route. RwandAir really opening up business and leisure opportunities much needed in these areas. Nice to avoid Tambo airport."

For the first time ever we had a grumpy check in agent. I got told off for not having a lock on my bag and she looked seriously put out that we were checking in as a group of 7. Very unusual as I fly regularly with Safair and all the staff have always been super friendly.
Free or minimal cost water available in recyclable cups on board would be very welcome! Everything else was great!
Seats are small. But I guess that will not change on my behalf. Otherwise their service is great.
Loved our Cabin Crew you could tell they enjoyed there job. The Chief Stuart was a delight. What a great way to start our day with such a positive company.

Pros: "I like that I got an aisle seat this time, even though it was toward the rear of the plane. Because of my right knee, I requested an aisle seat on the flight from NY to Johannesburg, but somehow I didn't get one. I thought the crew was very accommodating and helpful"
Cons: "The delay because of problems with loading the baggage got us to JFK late. And that was just on the plane after we had to stand in the longest line before boarding. I also couldn't really enjoy the entertainment (e.g. movies or music) because the headset didn't fit well into the arm of the seat. I could only hear voices when I held the headset cord in one position, and it was difficulty keeping it in that position for an entire movie."

Cons: "Every single flight (4 total) took off late and even caused us to miss a connection. On the way to Madrid from Entebbe, my luggage was mislabeled and sent to London and now is completely lost. It has been two days of a trip of having no clothes, shoes, or toiletries other than what I had on my person. And I have yet to hear from anyone with Ethiopian Airlines, only representatives from Madrid airport."

Cons: "We are stuck at the airport because Ethiopian Airlines sent out false and miseading update stating that it’s flight was leaving at 6 PM as opposed to the scheduled 7:30 AM. Because of that no one showed up for the flight and there are no direct flights tomorrow that they would put us on! My father recently had a heart attack and this is causing him immense suffering! Additionally patient with emergencies are waiting to see my husband tomorrow and Tuesday but will not be able to because he stuck at the airport! They are refusing to put us on an airline us direct flight tomorrow! Also we have spent at least seven hours on the phone and misleading (and that’s to put it kindly) statements have been told."
Cons: "We had requested vegetarian meals, which were not provided on either leg of the Ethiopian Airlines flight. In addition, we had to pay an extra baggage fee and the payment process required us to wait for 45 minutes at the check in desk while the agents tried to sort out a problem wiht their computer system. They claimed that the problem was with the integration of their system with SAA's system."

Cons: "The 737 on second flight ....the long overnight one... Was very uncomfortable in biz class. On arrival in Nairobi...the hub city...there was no staff. A.c. no working or escalator in airport. Biz line for security not open. Food below average. No breakfast as we one meal."

Cons: "My luggage was moved from the overhead compartment to another compartment much further from where I was seated. I was not informed of this and was not aware. I had to wait for all the passengers to leave while the cabin crew searched for the back. This was most unpleasant and stressful."
