Cons: "Boarding in Frankfurt Germany was horrendous! Waiting in the "extended " part of the terminal was not ventilated. When we finally took the bus to the plane, we waited on the bus more than 15 minutes in 90 degree weather, with the doors open! The crew outside were very rude and dismissive. The crew"

Cons: "Guy beside me was always sitting to his friends."
Pros: "Comfy, good food and crew"
Cons: "Very disorganized boarding"
Cons: "There was not enough room for all the people’s cabin size luggage. They allowed people to get on board with big coats once they’re in the plain they take off the coats and place them up. Those coats take the same space as a small suitcase. I asked the fly attendants for assistance and they didn’t even pretend to care about the situation. I had to put my luggage under the seat for the entire flight, which ended up reducing the very reduced legroom. What this airline is trying to do is; to charge passengers twice for cabin size luggage. This has been my worst experiences with airlines. Lufthansa is definitely an airline to avoid."
Pros: "The crew were very considerate. Also they have the best baby beds we have seen so far"
Cons: "The entertainment system was glitchy."
Pros: "Very comfortable flight. Excellent take off and landing. Liked the extra legroom in coach for a bit more $$. Super friendly & professional crew. PA system was very difficult to understand."
Cons: "the food was a bit bland. Selection of movies very limited"
Pros: "Lounge was very clean"
Cons: "In a 10 hours flight Frankfurt to Atlanta only one main meal. Service was rushed job. My seat wasn’t working and Tv remote didn’t work."
Cons: "Seats in front recline so that seat back is in your face."
Cons: "Flight was on time and food was very good. Took wonderful care of us. Our first flight to Europe and first time on Lafthansa."
Pros: "Food, movies"
Cons: "Long flight"
Pros: "Great service, and plenty of refreshments."
Pros: "Great crew and service."
Cons: "The online check-in didn’t let me select Green Card only Visa. I couldn’t check in and when I called Lufthansa I was on wait for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone, this person couldn’t help me. I got terrible seats because of this, luckily they could switch me to a better seat right before the flight. Think Online check-in should be arranged better."
Pros: "Great pilots and crew."
Cons: "Flight out was delayed by four and a half hours, missed connection was a pain. Was not aware that Lufthansa changed their policy. To reserve seats you have to pay hundreds of dollars, which was not made clear while booking. Further the quality of their food was significantly degraded."
Pros: "Crew was nice."
Cons: "This was an emergency trip to see my mother who was in the hospital. The flight was delayed so I had no option but to board the next day since I wouldn't be able to make it to the connecting flight in Frankfurt. They couldn't give me another connecting flight since it was all full. Because I booked my ticket only hours before my flight, they said it might not be possible to fulfil my meal request since there's a 24 hours cut off. However, now I had to cone back to the airport and take the next days flight which gave the airline more than 24 hours from my original meal request. I still did not get the meal I requested, the crew didn't know about it and didn't have any to spare. This was my first time flying Lufthansa, I probably won't try it again."
Cons: "A good portion of the time i have flown with lufthansa with a checked bag, something has been damaged. I dont know how hard Lufthansa had to hit or throw my bag to break something wrapped in the center but they did it!"
Pros: "Friendly crew"
Cons: "when seats recline in economy you can barely get in and out of a seat"
Pros: "The boarding process is very efficient."
Cons: "Lufthansa’s people are mostly good. But there are some obvious opportunities for people to be more friendly. Also, LH like many others continues to serve cold rolls and cold butter on international flights. KLM warms the rolls! It’s the one small touch that would make Lufthansa’s meal service so much nicer."
Pros: "Great service!"
Cons: "Crew very rude unlikely Lufthansa"
Pros: "The crew/ service was great & clean bathrooms on the flight"
Cons: "Terrible food quality. Zero leg space. The Newark terminal is ancient & fire alarm went off for over 20min before boarding."
Cons: "I was denied boarding on the Dublin to Munich leg of my connecting flight from Newark to Munich. My ticket was booked through Lufthansa, but the transatlantic leg of my trip was operated by United. When checking in with United in Newark, I received two boarding passes, one for each leg of the trip. I arrived on time in Dublin for my flight to Munich and tried to board the plane for Munich with the boarding pass I had printed in Newark. After scanning my ticket, the Lufthansa employees at the gate informed me that they had no record of me or my plane ticket in their system. I showed them the email confirmation for my ticket, but they still could not find any record of my ticket in their online system. The employees seemed more concerned with boarding all passengers as quickly as possible than assisting me. After being denied boarding, I had to go back through passport control to change my flight, and ended up getting to Munich nearly 6 hours behind schedule and missed an entire day of vacation. A Lufthansa employee told me that out of every partner in the STAR alliance, United is the ONLY airline they have had this problem with. I find this inexcusable, I will be AVOIDING ANY United/Lufthansa connecting flight from now on."
Pros: "Flight was on par with other budget airlines. No frills means not having the extras."
Cons: "Paid for premium seat not really worth it. Less leg room and no convienent storage."
Cons: "I had to endure 10 hours sitting next to an obese passenger, who was to big to fit into his seat and had to rest his shoulder and elbow over my seat. The crew couldn't do much and so I had to shift myself sideways for the entire journey in order to make space for this obese passenger to rest his arm into and over my seat."
Cons: "They had overbooked the flight and asked to reroute me. I asked if I would still be able to get to my destination at the same time and to make sure I would have a window seat. Everything from the moment I said yes was a terrible. They rebooked me twice on two different routes when I was in the air. Said a steward would meet me (never happened) instead I was running to catch flights on different airlines in two different airports. The entire situation was disgusting. The running was with all of my luggage. Because of the rebooking I was in the last row of 75 rows on a plane with an additional connection. Every flight had delays creating more chaos for the next flight. The only helpful airline in the bunch was Delta."
Pros: "When in the air crew attentive"
Cons: "Late boarding after allowing priority customer to board, Crew then took ages to start to finish boarding and taxi , Plane sent to furtherest runway, Made little time up,"
Pros: "Crew friendly, good food"
Cons: "Cramped seating, can't select seat until checkin without paying (only airline we were unable to select seat)"
Pros: "The flight itself was fine."
Cons: "Getting to LHR early for. 6:30 am flight was no use since they don't have any departing flights between 11pm and 6 am. So we were stuck in the lobby for hours until ticket agents arrived at 4 am. There was one open coffee shop however. Then we waited for security to arrive at about 4:30 am to get through and it was quite a slow shake down. One through there were no restaurants open until 5-5:30 am. The flight itself was fine. Facilities at Frankfurt were minimal with toilets offering only one stall each. While standing in the long queue a lady and her young daughter were rudely ushered out by the male custodian for cleaning, and then it could not be used for another 10-15 minutes."
Pros: "Nothing no communication for delayed flight lost luggage. Just lines everywhere to fill out forms with only 2 employees worst experience ever"
Cons: "No communication. Flight delayed no answers. Just long line to be put on a waiting list"
Pros: "crew interest and flight amenities; excellent meals"
Cons: "not applicable"
Cons: "Space between seats and leg room. Very compact for an international flight."
Pros: "comfortable seats pleasant flight attendants"
Pros: "The entertainment choices were excellent"
Pros: "SAS and BA can do better"
Pros: "Great crew, smooth flight, enough leg room, but no reclining seats"
Cons: "They lost my luggage and have refused to help me locate them."
Pros: "Excellent Flight"
Pros: "Every aspect of flight was great....and the amenities like real china, glassware and utensils, individual video screens with a lot of options, helpful and friendly staff from counter to crew made my first international flight memorable :)"
Pros: "Still loads of leg room in economy which is great for a tall person like myself."
Cons: "The food, dinner and breakfast from Johannesburg to Frankfurt was not very nice and not the usual good standard."
