Cons: "Flight was moved up from 830am departure to 6am departure with very little notice, and my layover was reduced from almost 2hrs to 30 minutes. Then, my bag was lost. Terrible."

Cons: "All four checked baggages received up to Mumbai. I handed over to domestic jet airways all four bags as per the system at Mumbai. But at the end I received only three baggages at Ahmedabad. I informed jet airways about one missing bag. They have acknowledged it and the missing bag was to arrive at Ahmedabad in the next flight. I am still waiting for the missing bag."

Cons: "Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA."

She had about half of the First Class cabin offended as soon as meals started getting served - I didn't see ANYONE around me that got what they asked for, and then when people stated the issue, she didn't respond very well. I tried to take things in stride (first world problems?) but it is a bummer to pay extra for the first class treatment and then to not have that great experience, especially on back to back 5ish hour flights."

Pros: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Cons: "Rebooked me on a flight from Nassau to Atlanta, and never worried about how I would get to Nassau from Georgetown, Exuma. Never even notified me about the rebooking. TERRIBLE customer service!"

Pros: "Drinks were passed out twice while everyone was waiting due to flight delay. There was one flight attendant that was awesome. I had asked for coffee due to migraine. I was stuck in the last row, back of the plane & had seen other people with coffee. The flight attendant told me no, I would have to wait for 3 more hours for coffee at breakfast. A smiling face showed up within minutes & asked if I wanted coffee. She told me that when she hears someone else say "no" that she thinks it should always be "yes". She was the African American flight attendant (wish I would have got her name). She brought me coffee, offered tylenol & checked in on me again later."
Cons: "Food wasn't very good. Most of the service was fair at best, crew, no smiles, looked irritable. Our flight had been delayed about 4-5 hrs so passengers & staff grumpy. Poor selections on the movies. No charging stations in the seat. This plane was very noisy so I was really glad to have noise cancelling headphones. Very expensive to select seats as it was bought through a non-Delta site to get the desired connections."

Cons: "They made a big deal at the gate about downloading the United App to be able to watch free movies. The WiFi didn’t work at all for me and others near me. I did see a couple of people watching movies, so it’s possible some folks were able to get a good connection. Good thing I had my kindle! Also, my bag and the bags of a few other people didn’t come through after UA22. There was a woman working at the computer at baggage claim #5 (I didn’t get her name) who called and radioed people regarding our missing luggage. It eventually showed up, but we were all getting very nervous because of the long delay. Thanks to that woman, it all turned out fine."

Cons: "One crew is rude while I was ordering food while she is delivering the beverage after the order time. She simply told me they don't have what I want to order and leave. After 5 mins, I pushed the service button and nobody responded. After half hour, I ordered the food from another crew passed by. After I landed, they suppose to return my stroller set at the airplane gate. But they said it is not there, ask us to wait at the airport gate. We walked outside and they broadcasted again, I didn't hear very clearly but followed most parents to walk out. We wait at the baggage claim for almost 1 hour and finally, the baggage crew came back to the gate and found our stroller."

Cons: "flight was over two hours late because of a late incoming plane. That may be for good reason, but we weren't told until less than one hour before takeoff. It doesn't make sense that the airline just found out one hour before takeoff that the flight was two hours behind. We should have been told sooner about the delay, while we had other choices of alternate flights."

Cons: "I couldn't make my trip because of work. Therefore had to cancel but Lufthansa would not provide refund so I had a wasted ticket. Not happy"

I told them that trash receptacle was full in restroom. The response was "I'll put on gloves and "push it down" but it was still unusable fifteen minutes later. Had to pay $7.99 to access flight map. No earbuds were offered. Attendants were invisible except for collecting trash."

Cons: "Insufficient and/or incomplete communication from pilot as to the nature of the delay (unhooked cable), how it was being addressed (the ONLY person that could hook the cable was still at home; then when he did arrive, he was assigned to fix another airplane before ours), and what we, as passengers, could do to help ourselves (United staff was reviewing connections, but then no one ever came back to relay information about that). We missed our connecting flight (we finally departed 15 minutes before our connecting flight left Denver); I had to call customer service while still sitting on the plane, and we were placed on a connecting flight out of Denver that left 4 hours AFTER we should have landed at our final destination. What should have been 9 hours of total travel time (including driving to and from airport, security checks, customs, etc.) turned into 20 hours, resulting in a lost 1st day of our trip."

Cons: "My July 11 fiight UA1259 was delayed and I could not connect to Milan. I had to stay in Newark for 1 night. But UA assigned me a hotel about 1 hour driving from Newark Airport. I had to rent by my own money $160 a day. UA should arraign a hotel either close to the airport or pay the rental car for me."

Cons: "The seats were uncomfortable, and the coffee was way too strong, and there was no Splenda, only Equal, which contrary to the flight attendant's knowledge is NOT "the same thing." United provides only 1 cheap sugary snack for the whole 5 hour flight. Couldn't get my phone to connect to the internet b/c I didn't have my United Mileage plan number written down or recorded anywhere, and I didn't have the card with me. To top it off, there was a screaming toddler in the next aisle over."

Cons: "On my flight back during taking off, I was throwing a trash away into a little bag that is also designed for vomiting. When I pushed a trash into the bag, I felt that it was already wet. Somebody vomited into it at the previous flight and placed it back to the seat's packet. I am not telling that it was the cleaning crew's mistake because it looked like unused until I pushed my hand into it, but it was still a very unpleasant experience and could be also a health hazard."

I had 3 "free drinks" in first class, which was like paying $50 for a vodka tonic without a lime (3 times). Save you $$$"
