There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
Vegetarian selection could be better. Bread was too hard to chew.

Seats are uncomfortable. This has been a trend in the industry for decades. Trying to fit more seats on each plane to increase profits at the expense of the passenger.
Once boarding started it was pretty quick. Food was inedible; cold and salty..
The flight was on time. I generally don’t drink or eat on short flights and the seats were good and the flight attendants were friendly. That’s all I expect
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
This was an older airplane. The cabin was constantly warm to hot throughout the 10 hour flight and there were no vents to personalize air flow. Also since it was an older plane, the material and comfort of the chairs were very uncomfortable. I left my flight with major soreness on my tailbone.
Boarding was organized. Old plane. Seat fairly comfortable. Business Class much too large so you don’t receive as much attention as you should considering what you pay for the seat.
Crew was dismissive. Snacks and refills not offered. Poor business class experience. Bed not comfortable compared to Emirates or BA.
Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.
The Britts are wonderful to fly with and the crew were very hospitable. Again, I really wish they had been able to retrieve my carryon bag from baggage claim before the flight so I could be in a less worrisome state of mind, but that's not on them. I completely understand. The window seats with the dimmable windows were very cool!
I Keep your expectations to low to middling with BA, or most European/ US airlines these days.
We paid for Business Class seats, but system did not have us and they were not available.
the service on Business class should be improved to be at par with industry leaders like Cathay Pacific and Singapore AIrlines. A lot of room for improvement.
Easy, straightforward boarding process. Flight attendant was lovely and attentive, food was delicious - especially dinner, I had the roasted chicken in a mushroom sauce with potatoes - and entertainment selection was top notch. I would fly with BA again.
I really liked it when the First Officer mentioned that we could see Paris out of the window on the left.

Check-in and boarding were great. On flight staff were rude and disrespectful. Paid for extra room and found it incredibly cramped. Bathrooms kept in poor condition. Overall negative experience.
My seat cushion was poor. The cushion was compressed and was uncomfortable for such a long flight.
