There might be more food options for people who can't eat so much starch/sugar/bread/rice. Meat, cheese, walnuts/pecans for snack, maybe jerky or other kinds of meat-based snacks would be better than bread and rice and sweets. I had an extra chardonnay, which was fine. The entertainment was great.

The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.

Economy seats felt more cramped than other flights we have taken.7 hr, painful sitting hours 6 and 7. Web site difficult to deal with. Originally put in for 1 special meal due to type 2. Meal was awful. Tried to change selection to standard for return flight, on app and website, unable to complete that action.

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers

this was a good experience from on time boarding and take off to early arrival. Comfortable seats became empty seat next to me.

Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.

We ordered kids meals - which were not kid friendly at all! (the breakfast that is - scrambled eggs on a bed of spinach and asparagus?)

Flight delayed in terms of boarding and Kayak was great in updating but the team on the groping at British Airways were really poor

Terrible. A 6 hour delay and no one could be bothered to communicate or help change routes to avoid unnecessary delays and frustration
