I had no checked baggage but was required to hand over carry on baggage at the door of the plane. There was a lot of overboard space in the plane and I was one of the last ones. I ran to get my carry on but it was gone. I was given back at the plane door in Toronto, so the wait was not as long as it would have been at the carousel.
The pilots were late and it made us 1 hour late. The meat was tough and bok choy was also tough.
The food should improve! And The flight should leave on time and not make the traveler wait.
We loved the United lounge near our gate and a rep named Aimee who was GREAT
Flight was actually on Air Canada. The flight itself was fine. Nothing special. Food was pretty pathetic except for cookies. They offered plenty of food and drinks but just wasn't very good. Even for airline food.
Gate agent did not hold flight for connection, provided no assistance to get new flight
Impressed with the service despite turbulence because of the weather. Both flights arrived before their scheduled times.
Smooth flight, especially take off and landing, and great crew on board. Really loved the stroopwaffles!
Flight attendant moved my bag without notifying me and was rude to me when I asked him about it. There was no reason to move it.
Flight was great. Efficient boarding. Short flight. Early arrival. Friendly flight crew. The entertainment system did not work well. Could not access it until the aircraft reached 10K feet or more. Lots of glitches.
Flight was delayed but my previous flight was as well so It worked to my advantage. This was my first time in first class. I don't think they ever stopped feeding us. The seating area was very spacious and comfortable. The attendants were wonderful, warm, friendly and very personable.
We had a pretty good experience. Enjoyed both the flights. Crew was very good and helpful.

It was ok. Our flight was delayed 2 hours, and then again on arrival. The explanation given felt feeble.
Captain sick. Unable to get replacement so delayed me 30 hours, many others delayed 54 hours. TOTALLY DESTROYED ALL MY PLANS, including lost my rental car which would now cost over 5 times what I paid so stuck with buses n trains... lost hotel reservations.... HORRIBLE!!!
3/4 bags delayed and 1/4 damaged at the other end. Flight was freezing
I was transferred to an American Airlines flight. The boarding was late and unorganized. The seating was extremely tight and uncomfortable. Will not use AA again.
Our original booking with Kayak -our first experience -was exactly what we wanted and worked well. Updates were friendly and reassuring as were the contacts with UnderPricer so a big win-win. We learned a lot on your reliability and will definitely put you on our organisational list for the future.
Plane and seats ok. Dinners going and coming back were not fantastic. Breakfast from Seattle to London fine with bagel, cheese and fried egg. Second meal on London to Seattle not my favorite of kind of pizza sauce in a pastry. Came with water about three different times on each of my long flights. Staff on all very friendly and helpful.
