So terrible. They would not rebook me for a flight until 2 days. I had to spend so much money to get my own flight. They were rude and not helpful.

Super friendly crew. Leg space and entertainment system are below average

Swiss ground crew was again at its prime and although I’m United 1K (Star Alliance Gold) they created problems with my hand luggage - while other passengers were boarding with more handbags and larger hand luggages, were critical on my 2 young kids attending the lounge with me and boarding the plane with me on the priority lane.

Horrible experience. I was apparently picked at random for a security screening - that was the most demeaning experience I have had in my life with a guy poking and prodding and having me take off my shoes, move up my pants so he could swab my legs - telling me I couldn't bring more than some quantity of cookies - I had 3 boxes of cookies in my luggage. In the end he did let me keep them but that was really uncalled for. Harrassment in the name of security.

Everything was on time and efficient - expected from a Swiss crew. But the entertainment system was pretty bad - the display was old. Food was pretty bad and a couple of times they started serving drinks and then just skipped past my row (and likely several others)

Thank you to the cordial crew and good hydration throughout the flight, food was good too. Carry ons usually weight by themselves so it does reduce option for cold weather clothes that are heavy, so carryon weight is tight.

We were very impressed with Swiss Air. The service was exceptional. Unfortunately, we had a baby behind us that screamed for hours. , It was a nightmare, though I completely understand that it was not Swiss Airs fault.

Luggage did not make it to Miami still not today! Screen did not work for couple hours- got a bate of chocolate as a peaceful offering. Crew tentative, seats are getting smaller- isle seat arm rest foes not fold- problem getting other 2 passengers to go to the toilet without hitting themselves

In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.

We paid to have overhead carry-on baggage. When we got to the gate we were told that our carry on bags would need to be checked and go below because the flight was full. Notably we were nowhere near the last people to board and about 30 other passengers also had to check their carry-on bags. Other than that the flight was fine.

Crew were very friendly and helpful. They explained to us in detail the delay in our takeoff due to the storm that rolled in from Belfast and did their best to make up the time. Always great to fly BA!

Not sure if the crew were experiencing something unknown to me,but the service of passing water was non-existent.In addition,please take consideration when providing yogurt as alternative for breakfast as some of us, could be lactose intolerant.. thanks

Annoying customer pushing my seat did not make this pleasant.

Seat layout, flight/club attendant service, food variety and quality could have been better. Business class Standard is visibly low compared with 6 other airlines that we have traveled for the past two years.

No entertainment available on flight. Seating too cramped fir an average adult.

My parents travelled through british airways. Service was very poor. They were not able to eat anything in the flight due to poor customer service in the flight.

When you pay for seat selection but there website doesn't allow you to check in, they shouldn't force you to a middle seat where both random people around you invade your seat

The crew were great. The comfort and food was terrible, worst I have experienced in recent times and I fly a lot. It was like a refrigerator in the back and even with 4 blankets could not get comfortable. Seats are very tight and with the electronic box under the aisle seats, there was no legroom. BA did a bait and switch on the price, lowballing the price and then requiring add ons, like paying for a checked bag. While common on domestic flights, I have never had to pay for the first bag flying intercontinentally. Also, no “choice “ of seating at check in. There was not a single other free option. I could pay to choose a seat in the same row. I have never had this happen either.usually, at check in, you have a choice (I.e. free) on other airlines of what is not occupied in your section. I will never never fly BA again. Too bad, since the crew were some of the best with the best attitudes I have experienced.
