Cons: "Entertainments options were shockingly few. Honestly have not been on a plane recently with so few and limited options of TV series and movies. I was extremely surprised. Wish I had know and I would’ve had more options for my family."

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Cons: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."

Cons: "Started with waiting in the terminal, only way to get anything to eat is through United self checkout. Bought a veggie burger paid for it then told at the pick up counter they don’t have any. Need to track down a manager to get a refund. He says he issues me a refund but it never came through. Then on the flight WiFi isn’t working, no entertainment on a cross country flight of 6 hours. Not a word mentioned, no credit offered. Was offered credit by delta for the same issue on a flight half the length of time. Super uncomfortable seats. Also no current to charge devices. My friend moved up to a different seat that was empty to try to get power for her phone and told she needs to pay 160$ to sit in that seat even though the plane is half empty. Just really poor experience overall.."

Pros: "Staff was all very attentive. Funny when appropriate. And authoritative I might add. During taxiing a wayward child was loose in an aisle and got told to sit down over the loud speakers."
Cons: "Free wi-fi could be a game changer for the industry. "We" don't like paying for it, but love it when its free. Sandwiches were all stuck together. Mind you; we had been to Jean-Georges the night before so a comparison is not fair - apples v oranges. Not a fair equation."

Pros: "The cabin was very warm and uncomfortable for the entire flight and tarmac time. The overhead air wasn't working either so that didn't help. Other than that, the flight was great."

Pros: "The staff was courteous and efficient. The entertainment selections were diverse. The seating was adequate for a long haul flight."
Cons: "The check-in process took 50 minutes at the counter as the staff told me that I needed a visa for China (transit) while that info was incorrect. I had to deal with online customer service while the person at the counter couldn’t help. It finally took 3 people at the counter to send me away. Once on the plane for a 14+ hour flight, I couldn’t use the bathrooms freely as they were filthy. The staff obviously didn’t maintain the bathrooms during the entire flight. The food served made me wish that I had bought take-out food for 3-meals prior to my boarding. the quantity of food was inadequate for the long flight as well. 1 extra snack would have been appreciated. I will likely book my future trans-Pacific flights with another airline."

Cons: "The leg room in the plane. I know airliners want to put as many people in a flight as possible but for tall people no leg room is bad."

The plane also heading to Newark ahead of us was overbooked and some people were pushed onto our plane, not a big deal if all can fit on the plane...but we wouldn't have if it wasn't for the delay causing those flying to Boston to miss their flights. Frustrating and adds an element of concern when faced with delays when the weather is fine. The internet on the plane is also confusing to use...should be clearer. Mistakenly booked my flight before realizing the new carry on policy, so trying to pack everything into a tiny bag to meet requirements was frustrating... definitely don't think I will be booking United again."

Cons: "My flight was delayed for the next day because the pilot timed out in the middle of the flight. I had to spend the night in a crappy room at the Ramada while others on my same flight got luxury hotels. I got a crappy $20 voucher for food that only got me crappy over priced snacks. It wasn't enough for dinner and breakfast. Since my flight was delayed I missed and lost money to the circus. 1 had purchased tickets for my 5 children my husband and I for a total of $400. The show was at 11 am and I arrived at Richmond at that time. Your airline sucks. To make it worst on my way to Aguascalientes I got stuck in Houston for the night and half a day because yall delayed flights due to snow that never happened. I had to before for food vouchers because I had already gone over my budget with the delay. Overall it was a horrible experience."

Cons: "From Gregory at the check in being rude and anything but welcoming, to seats in first class needing replaced, this was anything BUT a first class trip. This was my second time giving United a chance as I normally fly Delta. I don't think I'll make that mistake again. I understand a late night flight doesn't have a meal service, but snacks of chips and bananas is not my idea of how you should serve Firat Class passengers. I would have a hard time recommending anyone choose United as their airline. Time for an upgrade of not just the seats, but overall customer service."

Pros: "I liked the new, immaculately clean plane that appeared to have more leg room between seats, which also appeared to recline more than my recent United Flights. Other rows appeared to be quite comfortable. I don't like the only flight options into Aquadilla to be so late at night. There is enough of a demand into and out of this airport to have at least a few daytime flights."
Cons: "After having changed my seat and choosing the last row, I realized that those seats had been squashed into the remaining space in the cabin. It did not allow for as much leg room as other seats and being the last row, the seats did not incline. My own fault for selecting this row however, I wish it had been mentioned when I made the selection. Also, the entertainment was only available through an APP on one's Smart Phone. This assumes everyone has a smart phone, the correct plan and the knowledge to use said app. Too much reliance on technology when the "old way" worked just fine for more customers. The Crew was fantastic......very accommodating without being over bearing."

These sorts of things should be handled when the ticket is purchased, not at the expense of the flight taking off on time. In fact, the pilot took to the PA to say "come on, we've got like 2 mins to leave." The whole ordeal took 2 flight attendants, a gate agent, and required 5 people to move around."

Pros: "Didn't take me long to rebook the flight when it got cancelled due to weather/pilots timing out"
Cons: "The way the whole thing was handled. I ended up flying on the 5th because of the issues with weather. My general problem was with the way the situation was handled. We shouldn't have boarded the plane on the 4th given the fact that the pilots were probably gonna time out anyway. Instead of wasting time, the protocol should've been to begin rebooking everybody to another flight. Just my two cents"

The weather radar showed no signs of bad weather in the area. I am all for safety but Is light rain really a valid reason for cancelling a flight, or was this more about a flight that was not fully booked?"

Cons: "Row 32- seats don't recline. I requested to be sat with my children at booking - we were in different rows 3 of the 4 legs. My TV wouldn't accept cc payment."
