The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)

The immigration hall in Amsterdam was understaffed, so passport checking was slower than it should be for a major airport. They need to get the automatic readers up and running for non EU passport holders. Waiting in line after a long flight feels a bit abusive.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Ad experience - been flying many years with them but they are losing out to other carriers with their service and bagage / seating policy. My 2 12-yo kids were not placed with the parent. Absurdity.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines
Amazing service on board in business class. The lounges are also great. The inflight entertainment could do with a larger selection and the food choices more but overall, very pleased.
Staff friendly. Business class but issue with flat bed. Incoming Turkish flight delayed. Made connection due to fast buggy but luggage did not make it. Confusion at Delhi airport
my experience was great with Turkish airlines . the problem i encountered was with kayak booking. When I booked . it showed that im allowed a bag . and when I got to the airport, i had to pay $165 for one bag.
Delayed getting out for no good reason. Tight connect lead to a missing bag in Hamburg. Waited two hours at the airport to get the bag from the next flight.
Crew could have been more helpful in helping to find location to store luggage in overhead bins in order to expedite seating. Seating was cramped and uncomfortable.. Other than that it was a standard flight.
Lufthansa cancelled our flight from Los Angeles to Naples Italy on March 10 for scheduled flight on March 12 Very stressful experience trying to arrange alternatives. Will never fly again with Lufthansa
The staff was bit rude when I asked for an extra drink after one beer, asked for one wine glass.
Had a delayed flight that caused me to miss all of my flights. Supposedly I was rebooked. When I got to my next connecting flight there was no ticket for me. I spent hours working with an agent. And they still couldn’t get it right. I will arrive home more that 24 hours later than my original schedule. Totally inept and frustrating experience.
The flight got delayed 3 hours from Montreal and we missed our connecting flight so it was a long journey

Economy Priority seats are extremely uncomfortable. There is no way to escape the boxed in feeling, particularely because the distance between to rows are too short, the hard edge of the front row is keeping legs confined. There is no elevated place to put your feet. I am of average, European size.
Terrible. Both flights were significantly delayed, no luggage, made me check my small bag when many, many others had much larger carry-ons, not even a bottle of water . . . I will not fly Discover Airlines again.
