R11 159 Find Cheap Flights from Bremen to Johannesburg

Turkish Airlines inflight crew was very good, however the ground crew was not very helpful. I had booked a wheelchair for my mother from Islamabad and she received the service there, but then there was no chair on arrival at Istanbul. The wheelchair crew said that they declined to take any person without a reservation and declined to help with the arrangement of a reservation. I had to use the airport buggy system to transport my mother who has limited mobility and needs a wheelchair. It was very disappointing and I hope they can provide manual wheelchair access to the public by a need basis, as sometimes there is a mix up or technical fault in the completion of the process, as it was in our case. Also, there can be an emergent need for passengers if they have illnesses like hypertension or diabetes. My mother has both hypertension and diabetes and has residual weakness after a stroke, therefore, she needs assistance. I hope that this text will be taken seriously and the administration makes the necessary changes. Thanks.

The crew is not focused on the guests but on their task!! No extra service. No business class amenities provided. A crew is not friendly if you ask for something extra, like tea. It takes 30 minutes, and you have to go them 3 reminders. Lack of friendliness, less but more of let me finish and go back to their group and Talk. Like a passenger is in on there way. So get your I gave you food just shut up

Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class

The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

Changed to older plane with old set-up in Business class.

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.

Bad chairs in business class like economy ( not turning into bed )

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
