Cons: "The flight left the gate an hour late without giving us any explanation, I missed my connecting flight. The airline did offer a hotel to stay in, but no other apology or explanation was given to about 15 of us who missed a connecting flight."

The delay was not officially communicated to any of the passengers — no announcements made, no representatives to talk to at the gate — until well past the time that we should have been in the air. The seats are too cramped in that plane. If you’re above 1,80m consider alternatives or first class I guess… There were no emergency exits to seat somewhere with more legroom

Knowing that there was weather in other areas of the world, united airlines should have planned better than it did. The flight was 5 hours late. United has no regard for its customers
Flight was overbooked. Food was awful. Seats in economy class are a torture: narrow, not enough leg room. The airplanes classes are like casts: rich, average and poor…That system is a shame. Pilots were Excellent !!! Thank you!!!!

Pros: "The crew was great! I was much more comfortable this trans-Atlantic flight coming home than when I flew over beginning my trip. The hot towels are always a special treat and the wide selection of free beverages. Thank you Lufthansa!"

After that, all was great! My personal entertainment screen was not working properly for about an hour in to my flight."

Cons: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Would have been helpful for the missed connections as I ended up stumbling through some spanish to help an older italian couple who didn't speak any english. it was surprising how little translation there was!"

We experienced crazy long lines for: the bus between terminals, immigration passport review; passport review before the metal detector, and detailed tests on permitted volumes of shampo, and toothpaste. The agent forced me to check a normally permitted carryon bag, then the bags took 45 minutes to be placed on the turnstile after the flight. Not an efficient airport."
Cons: "2 Hours delay I lost my connection it took like 10 more hours to get to my destination I finally got to my destination my luggage was misiing today is Tuesday July 24th and I’m still waiting no luggage and dress with the same clothes since Sunday"
Cons: "We had a carry on and were flying business class. They made us check in the bag but it was clear that it could fit. They said it was a busy flight so we had to give our bag up to check in. We arrived on the plane and there was plenty of space to put our luggage. It was not a friendly experience especially paying the premium to fly business. They were very direct and non forgiving. Crew on board were nice though!"
