Easy short flight from Johannesburg to Harare. Boarding was slow, flight attendants were friendly. They did a meal service on this short flight, including wine, which was pretty cool.

Loved the customer service and the fact that everything was on time, the served refreshments are a cherry on top

Flight was moved forward by 2 hours with 3 days notice. This meant I could not connect from flight from Johannesburg. So did not take the flight and drove to Kasane. Will never use Air Botswana unless absolutely necessary. Mark

There was no entertainment, but that is not expected on a flight less than 2 1/2 hours. Uber clean aircraft, good boxed meal and friendly flight attendants. Very please with the experience

The check-in line was long and people were put in front of me in the line even after I said I had checked in online. It took me an hour to finally get my documents checked and drop my suitcase. It was horrible!

We waited 10-15 minutes than an employee had everyone in line move to a different line. By the time he slowly walked us over our plane had already boarded. The bus was still there but we were not allowed on. Also, the representative said the boarding was delayed 3 minutes. Actually they boarded early. All along way we were assured there was no problem making flight."

The plane landed in another airport because it didn't have gasoline, so, we arrived 2,30 hours late. All was awful, since the booking to the flight! Kayak has declined the quality of their service in recent times. Actually, today would not recommend anyone buy on this platform."

Not much legroom on the flight from LHR to PMI. I’m195 cm.

British Airways desk was not structured enough in Nice terminal 1. No sign before the registerer indicating that the Locator Form must be completed before reaching the desk. The previous day I couldn't complete it as the British Airways website didn't allow me to registerer online an attribute a seat number. I have waited 2 hours to register and was denied as the Locator Form was not done and assumed that I could complete it at the desk. The officer closed the register in front of me not even giving any assistance. I had to argue to have my flight reschedule for the following day and have my boarding pass edited with the seat number to complete the Locator Form very easily that should have been done by the officer in the first place....

Bag sizes for on board carry on luggage accepted by other carriers are not accepted by BA. So you can fly in with one carrier and then BA says that the bag cannot go on the flight. I have been trying to find out how to get compensated for this as it says on their website and have not been able to do that yet."

And i don't understand how after all the security, boarding pass and passport checks that you do not have an accurate head count of your passangers. Thus I missed my connecting flight and had to wait over 4 hours for another and got a measly 10 Euros as compensation. Also, they don't even give water for free, and a 200ml juice costs 1.5 Euros which a) its bad juice and b) overpriced. All food you now pay extra for, and they didnt even make it in time to the last few rows so even if Id want to purchase something, I couldn't."

Cons: "The food was absolutely appalling on both flights... We received a cheese snack. It was an old sesame seed bun ,with a very thin, small slice of cheese which you could hardly taste on it. With that they placed cucumber, that does not add to the taste of the dish, but only makes the bread soggy. There is also a piece of lettuce on that is past its crunchy freshness it is supposed to have. The last ingredient is sun-dried tomato that was the only ray of light for a poor effort of a snack by BA. I can truly say that during the past year BA's in flight food service on local flights, are on a downward spiral and almost in the dumps."

Cons: "There was one crew member that spoiled The lot. When I had trouble with my bag fitting she wa no help. She in kinder words told me to figure it out. When I asked if there was a way to check it at the jet bridge she replied that I should have done it out there. To which I replied that they should have told me there was limited room. Needless to say I had to figure it out without any help from any crew. Which was crazy to me because on other flights I had more than one person taking my bag for me or trying it other places. Later the same woman was loudly accused of skipping a row of a dad trying to wrangle his children. When he confronted her she addresses him sharply and made him wait to get food though he had two young children with him. I'm sure skipping a row is easy to do especially if there is a lot Of activity but it didn't stop there another crew member began to bash the man while they were continuing to pass out food in front of other passengers and she did not stop him. I understand wanting your fellow crew members to know you are with them but it is completely unprofessional to do it in front of other passengers and needs to be saved for "closed" quarters. Worst and most unprofessional portion of my trip."
