Pros: "Crew amazing. Seats had enough legroom. Good was second to none"

Pros: "Yes, crews and comfort were amazing."

Pros: "The crew was amazing"
Cons: "Nothing, absolutely loved it"

Cons: "Family travellers should always be seat together"

Cons: "Delayed my luggage. Still waiting for Emirates to call me after 2 days"

Pros: "Every thing"
Cons: "Boarding"

Pros: "Professional flight attendants."
Cons: "Inconsistency in packing policies. My sister And I each had a curtain to bring back. I was told that it had to be boxed and wrapped and she wasn’t. Also there were issues with baggage claim at IAD. I took about 45 minutes for the bags to come out."

Pros: "Service"

Pros: "We flew business class from Dubai to D.C., and the VERY long trip was made so much more endurable with all the amenities offered. For example: - fully reclining seats with mattresses that enable sleep - attentive, thoughtful service - a lounge in which to get a drink or snacks, relax, talk with people - good food and drink - a personal bar at your seat with water and soft drinks We've also flown Emirates in tourist class, and it, too, is far superior to most other airlines. There's more seat room, more leg room, good service, clean bathrooms, and decent food and drink."
Cons: "no negatives"

Pros: "Smooth flight; Staff helpful and professional Got to tour Dubai with.Arabian Adventures who partner with Emirates."
Cons: "Flight too long..."

Pros: "The crew was very attentive and patient inspite of the flight being full."
Cons: "The boarding at DBX was chaotic. It was disorganized and not executed properly - boarding was not done by priority or by zone in the begininng. Unaccompanied minors were boarded at the end, they should have been boarded first and their cabin baggage take care of first. The quality of food is average ... it used to be much better. No alcohol was served in the flight; was not provided even after requesting one; didn't bother to ask again. The choice of movies were limited"

Cons: "Everything was perfect"

Pros: "Everything was very nice"

Pros: "I must admit....this is one of the best experiences I have had flying and I fly this route a lot. I was traveling with an Elder who required a wheelchair and every step of the way it was smooth and the crew was attentive."

Pros: "I have never been in a flight where a handful of small children were able to make so much noise. There was one 4 year old that talked so loud for ten hours that not even my headphones could drown him out. Not once did any of the parents tell these kids to use their inside voice"

Pros: "Long flight but comfortable. I will fly emirates again."
Cons: "In some instances their was a shortage of food option. Although the menu said you could have a choice but some of the choices were exhausted by the time crew served it to the half of the travellers and the rest have to eat whatever was leftover. I think Emirates should stock a bit more of the food especially on a plane like Airbus 380. Its a huge aircraft and passengers sting at the vey end had to wait almost 45 min to 1 hr to get their food and that too was whatever leftover. They should make efforts to server all the passengers within a short amount to time rather than keep them waiting for so long. Most of the time more than half of the passengers had already eaten while those sitting in the back were still waiting for their food. Its not cabin crew's inefficiency but rather a policy problem that needs to be addressed."

Cons: "They missed me for breakfast despite my being awake and trying to get their attention. Then they ran out of one of the choices for both dinner and breakfast. This despite the plane being less than capacity. Also there were so many empty seats in the back but I noticed that some people were still being packed in like the flight was full. Emirates should do a better job of assigning seats to make as many people comfortable as possible."

Pros: "Food, care, excellent people ."

Pros: "Great crew, service, food and entertainment."
Cons: "Hard landing"

Pros: "It was a good flight and was able to rest a bit."
Cons: "Seat size is horrible. Will not be flying Emirates next time, instead will fly Qatar."

Pros: "The comfort of the flight was unbeatable. The crew was great. The 13 he flight didn't feel that long."
Cons: "When boarding my kids and I were separated. This is not recommended at all. I don't know why you can't keep families together."

Pros: "Everything"

Pros: "Overall very good"

Cons: "The online site didn't let us allocate seats even before 48 hours of schedule flight timings. Complimentary seats were allocated badly. Even when contacted with airline staff they didn't pass on the right information. We found on airport counter that exists seats opened before opening the airline counter at the airports whereas we are told that it would be allocated at the airport counter only. Misleaded at Dubai by airline staff that airport counter would open 3 hours before flight departure whereas we found and told at counter it was opened 48 hours before flight departure. Faced lots of inconvenience in allocation of complimentary seats. I speak with other co-passengers in the flight and found single complimentary aisle seats were allocared to passengers. They same opportunity was not extend to others having more than 1 seats in the flight."

Pros: "Good Flight."
Cons: "They changed the seats without asking."

Cons: "This seemed far different from emirate flights that I'm used to. Over the years their service has decreased but the 1 meal and sub-par snack I got for an 8.5hr flight was poor, likened to a budget airline. This is the second flight recently I've been on that the drinks come so long after the meal you don't even get to enjoy your cola with the meal. The first food cart should have colas if there won't be another cart to come along until 30+ minutes later. I also expected Emirates to provide an eye patch, an 8 hr+ flight in the night time hours in worthy of an eyepatch. Budget airlines do not provide this, but I expected Emirates to. Lastly, I don't think it's necessary to hand out a menu indicating there is something to look forward to when the food is of quite poor standards for Emirates, standard for all other airlines. Maybe the Durban to Dubai route stocks he flights with less experienced crew, this is the impression I got; a much less refined group of people on the plane."

Pros: "Almost everything"

Cons: "Same as above"

Pros: "awosam"

Pros: "Clean bathrooms, new plane"
Cons: "Families w/ babies overran the flight with incessant crying, talking, and moving around for the entire 14 hour trip!!! It made for a stressful and uncomfortable journey. Families with babies and young kids should be seated in their own section with some type of sound barrier. The flight attendants did nothing to control these families who took over sections of the plane as if it were their own personal space. I empathize, Im a mother. But have some common courtesy!"

Pros: "The crew was great in everything that they did."
Cons: "Nothing"

Pros: "Every thing was good."
Cons: "There was nothing which I disliked."

Pros: "Online checking"
Cons: "N/ A"

Pros: "Always my number one airline."

Cons: "I have to cancel on the counter because me and fianse donor have visa"

Pros: "All is good"

Pros: "380's are superb"
Cons: "Flights returning to US have an expectation of poorer service. No amenities like the out-going flights (sleep mask, socks, toothbrush, etc)"

Pros: "Emirates is our usual pick for flying and this time also it was no exception. The crew were friendly, but still couldn't arrange preferred seating because it was during the holiday season. I know this is the section for good comments, but I am very disappointed about the demeanor and the service provided this time."
Cons: "I have called in advance and selected the seats for both inbound and outbound flights. Also, confirmed a wheelchair access. To my surprise, none of them were met according to the commitment. The seats were not the ones that were asked for. I mentioned that there was a medical condition with the leg and my mom would have to get up and move during the flight, but still they allocated seats which are extremely inconvenient to both us and the fellow passengers. We expect better from Emirates!!! I hope they can improve this in the future!"

Pros: "We liked the selection of movies. The stewards were extremely helpful and kind."

Pros: "Everything!!!"

Pros: "Emirates is an excellent airlines. Excellent service, comfortable seats, great food, etc., etc."
Cons: "Too many crying babies."

Pros: "Staff"
Cons: "The overall experience and lack of response to rectify missed connecting flights, damaged luggage and overall bad customer service for an airline that wants to advertise its pride and attention to service. Much can be improved."

Pros: "Foods and electronic entertainment"
Cons: "The male flight attendant accidently hit my head without apologize while I was bending down to tight my shoes."

Pros: "Flight wasn't filled. Takes off and lands at not-business ideal times so it was perfect flight for vacation. Crew remained quiet and left lights off full flight instead of turning them on and off"

Pros: "Crew are awesome, helpful"
Cons: "Emirates pizza is not good."

Cons: "We had a long layover in Dubai and decided to go out to explore the city. When we went to go back with the same carry ons that we had been using our entire trip (with three different flights with them), They made us check in our hand luggage because it was over 7kg. When we went to talk to the person at the gate about it, he was very condescending and rude and not helpful at all. They were also not nice on the plane. Never flying again."

Cons: "Good"

Pros: "comfortable and new airplane"
Cons: "Flight attendants were very rude with a very bad attitude and not friendly."

Pros: "Service of the cabin crew was great considering how crowded and full the flight was."
Cons: "The luggage distribution at Dulles was a nightmare. Took us 30 mins to find out luggage. Was very disappointing"
