R21 915 Find Cheap Flights from Durban to British Columbia

Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.

The seats were comfortable. So many empty seats allowed for stretching out and sleeping. The onboard entertainment was pretty good. The cabin crew were so kind and kept the passengers well- hydrated, and well fed.

The flight was excellent in World Travellor plus. Well worth the extra money. Boarding at Phoenix was the usual poorly organized event. Very stressful.

Flying on the Boeing 787 from Seattle to London was everything that I expected. Every thing was great.

The airport experience at check-in, just to drop a bag, was horrible. The were two agents working, two watching. We stood in line for just short of one hour. I asked the agent if this were normal and he said, "Well, yes. Just two computer terminals." No apologies. BA needs to fix this ASAP. Meanwhile, I've moved BA to the very bottom of my booking list.

Tickets get checked 4 separate times by different staff, would save time if only the person at the entrance and the person who scans the tickets checks them!

Horrible experience. They broke the handle of my checked in suitcase and then refused pay for damages

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers
