Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."

Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"

For such a long flight I feel the spacing of seats could’ve been better to make it more comfortable for passengers. Very little space to move & stretch legs.

Cons: "The check-in is a disaster. A F-class passenger is treated as a Y passenger. Luggage limited to 2 pieces, even as GOLD FF, was made to pay US$200 dollars on a ticket of already 3,500 dollars and the price is the same for F-C-Y! The treatment was really commerce, as if the check in gets a commission"

Way to narrow, especially if sitting next to a large person. Not nearly enough distance to seat in front of you, can't even bend over to reach some-"
Cons: "thing on the floor. The seats do NOT recline enough to be able to relax & get shuteye. It would have been really nice to have a footrest of some type, even busses have those! I am a small person, 5'1'' and 110 lb. Consider not having such a huge gap between 1st class and economy. Way over crowded."

Cons: "On this flight, the Gluten Free snack wasn't good. Only one meal was served. For a 10 hour flight, there should be two meals. A snack was served towards the end of the flight. The GF snack was not good! it was two rice cakes with chicken inside. I felt as if they ran out of GF bread!"

Cons: "Turkish airlines from Istanbul to Nairobi Announcement for medical personnel or doctor to come help. We pushed the button and the flight attendant came to our row. We unbuckled and we’re ready to get up and he said “ I have an elderly woman but first I need to see your license. In shock we said you need the license for us to be able to help? He said unfortunately that is our policy. I happen to have mine because I brought it along for the medical mission. I showed it to him then he gave some detail still not allowing us to see the person that needed attention:"

The food could have been better. Had a wide range of entertainment to choose from.
Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
Lufthansa delayed departure by 1 hour. The options they suggested were not compatible with my connecting flight. I found myself a better flight with United, and I got Lufthansa to get me a boarding reservation for it. However at the airport I had to go 4 times between Lufthansa and united check-in counters because Lufthansa had not produced the appropriate ticket transfer.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
Air Canada is by far the worst Airline on the face of this planet. Only delays and overbooked flight with very poor customer support. Avoid them at all cost!
