No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
Both our flights were delayed. Almost didn’t get in the second flight. Staff was rude to the bone.
I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
Italian airport boarding is always funny. But to not be able to load my luggage with over 1 hour layover is ridiculous
It was nice to have gotten up upgraded to first class with a meal on a three hour flight
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.
Club Europe is always lovely. I really enjoy everything about it. One thing that has changed in recent years though, is the swap to Prosecco from Champagne in the lounges. This is really disappointing. I really don’t like Prosecco, and always looked forward to a lovely glass of champagne in the lounge. Is it possible to change back? It does make the whole experience a little more of a luxury experience.
The worst parts were not BA’s fault. The chaos of passport control etc was totally unnecessary. One of the Officers who was stamping passports (remember that) told me that if I had a problem, I should contact Boris Johnson! Secondly, the distance from the Lounge to the Gate was beyond acceptable. All in all, the issues with immigration and emigration and the hikes within the airport mean I won’t be returning anytime soon
Worth every penny to upgrade to BC. Treated and felt more like First Class
I love FRA - LCY route. So much better compared to the FRA - LHR route and the price differential is ZERO
Last minute charge for 1 checked luggage before boarding which wasn’t mentioned when we bought the tickets months ago. It was an unexpected surprise. We had no choice but to pay to board. Most airlines allow your first luggage free.
Terrible service especially for premium economy. Much more comfortable seats on other providers
Friendly hosts/hostesses; dinner was of acceptable, but mediocre standard
The space is tight. Either you sit straight up the whole time, but the minute you relax, your knees hit the back of the seat in front of you. My seat would not recline so I was quite uncomfortable. Didn’t use my tray table bc it was stained and sticky and nasty. I was also seating in one of the last rows and one crew member and people going to the bathroom kept hitting my elbow resting on the armrest.
Checking in prior on line and wait time at Gatwick was terrible. I would rate a big fat ZERO.
They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute
