Pros (+) Breakfast wasn't graciously offered each morning. We had to ask for it.
Cons (-) Communication when we got there letting us know beds wouldn't be made each day. We understand COVID restricts touching of certain items but it would have been nice to have this explained so we weren't wondering & unaware.

Cons (-) My reservation was cancelled. They said my card didn't go through yet I went to a Candlewood Suites and got a room with no problems. Maybe since I cancelled my Friday reservation they gave my room to someone staying Friday and Saturday.

Pros (+) It's very convenient and has a really good breakfast.
Cons (-) When we got there the young lady was checking in 5 guys that were there on a business trip. They were to be there for 30 days. Their company had not arranged payment which was a surprise to them. So she had to keep going to the back office where her mgr was to get it straightened out.
