The location was perfect for me. The hotel is an old hotel but very clean and quiet. Will stay again if I stay in Yuma again.
Better lighting in room but adequate.

There was no working toilet and I felt unsafe. I talked to the housekeeping staff and they were pretty nice.
I could hear the neighbors and the parking lot was tight.

The owner was awesome and very accomadating! Bed was comfortable. Had microwave and a fridge that worked great!
The outside was very worn dirty looking. Stuff all around. Was very disappointed. Called booking to cancel but the owner would only refund one night out of two. We opted to stay those nights afterall because the inside wasn't so bad could have been little cleaner especislly the floors!
