Pros: It was good but the variety of breakfast was low!

Pros: - The staff were very friendly. They were smiling all the time and are willing to help. - The room and the hotel was very clean. - The location was great, very close to the square. - The made a small surprise for me and I think they are happy to satisfy their guests needs and requests.

Cons: - Some prices are questionable? Considering the night rate and and the country's overall prices, I found the Laudry pricing list really expensive! It's like a 5 star hotel pricing not in Armenia but in more expensive countries! One price of underwear would cost 1200 dramwhich is just the same as a private taxi ride from the airport by yandex! I can give much more examples but in general it's way high when comparing to living prices over there! - Although I was given an upgrade (really grateful for that), the room layout is a bit weird as I found it very narrow. This is barely some gap around the bed as the bed was almost as big as the room. The entrance of the room was quite long and the balcony could make the size bigger by number but it was narrow after all. - Some details were missing, like the lighting was quite poor. It can be improved etc.. - Although the Breakfast was tasty, but I have tried much better breakfasts at similar 4 stars boutique hotels. It can be more varied and improved. - There were no highlited facilities but a restaurant. The facilities should be way enhanced.

Pros: Friendly staff (particularly Tatev and Vanessa from the reception), comfortable room and very good breakfast!

Cons: Room is very small and It was badly designed It had a bad view, The bathroom was small and there was no door , The room was dim , The weather was cold and the smell of cigarette smell came from the air condition , The employees did not know the smiles and were like ligaments

Pros: Great location and atmosphere, this place in the downtown, but not in front of the main road. My room had a nice old stile balcony with a great view. Stuff was wet friendly and helpful.

Cons: My room was really good looking, however there is a luck of practicality. A room table is too narrow, we had to leave some plates from room service on a floor due the lack of space. There is only 1 place to seat next to the table, kind of awkward experience for 2 people.

Cons: The stairs were unlit and almost impassable- fire hazard. So we had to take the elevator up and down.

Cons: Smell of smoke at entrance. Unfortunately still in Armenia smoking areas are legal in restaurants, bars, hotels. Difficult to park the car outside

Cons: It's a smoking hotel. It's almost 2020, but Armenia has still not instituted a smoking indoors ban and this hotel fully embraces this (many similarly priced hotels in Yerevan don't).There are theoretically non smoking floors, but cigarette smoke obeys the laws of physics, not the hotel rules so the whole hotel reeks of cigarettes, particularly if you turn on the AC. In the winter hotel switches to off season schedule, so expect shorter room service times and breakfast to be served later

Cons: Hotel seems to be several parts stitched together, so the flow from one space to another is a bit disjointed.

Pros: Great room. Great location. Just shell out $50 for the executive lounge and watch the republic square foundations from there. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful for a random American tourist :)

Cons: Cheapest rooms don't have good view from window. Thin walls, you can hear the people in the next room arguing and throwing their phones etc.

Cons: We didn’t get the room we had booked because its window’s lock didn’t work, instead we got a room which had a wall as our view at the same price! Breakfast could be improved (it’s a 4 star hotel after all) and WiFi was really poor.

Pros: Stuff is really helpful any charming, so it's the only advantage of this hotel. Bathrobes, slippers in the bathroom.

Cons: The room is shabby. There are lots of dirty spots on the carpet, also dirt on the ceiling coming from the aircon/ventilation. There is no sound isolation. I could clearly hear neighbor's chattering, water flushing through pipes. The bed was creaking with a single move as if another move would be the last. I guess someone spilled a lot of water in the mattress, so the coconut layer got hard as the wooden board. Also lots of hairs on the mattress under the sheets. After the shower there was always a puddle on the floor because of the holes in the shower partitions. Breakfast is poor but ok. Coffee is only instant. You can ask the waiter to bring you an omelette, because you can only find boiled eggs on the handout table. The hotel obviously needs some renovation.
