Pros: Very nice hotel. The room was large, nicely furnished, quiet and with good air quality. The staff was nice, with many languages spoken. Breakfast was very good! I personally loved the breakfast room, nicely lighted, quiet and roomy. The pool on the rooftop, albeit not very big, was quiet and nice too, much welcomed after a summer day walking around Yerevan. The pool side was clean and nice to stay. Position is right in the city center, could not be better. All in all, a very good international hotel, but with a personality, making it not so aseptic as many others in this category. Highly recommended.

Cons: Service is terrible. Staff was not polite as you can expect from a Luxury Hotel. I've arrived to the hotel and no one has greeted me although i said hello to the door man. Staff in the reception during check in seemed they have their own agenda. They were not busy, just talking between them and I was standing over 1 minute in front of the reception desk waiting to be attended. As this didn't happen, i have to ask them. I was charged the full amount of the room during the check in-never happend to me that and i am a frequent traveler. Normally they place a hold on my credit card but final charge is done during check out. I've arrived 2 hours earlier than Check in time and there was no room available-No issues with that so i waited till 14 hours till the room was ready. Unfortunately it was not on time and i have to wait for it. when i was going to collect my luggage from the luggage room, no one was there and i have to wait for him. staff in the swimming pool they have also their own agenda what seems it is not the hotel guests. I have to wait and ask for a towel as no one came to offer; i was more then 1 hour over there and no one came to ask me if i wanted something to drink or eat. Room was fine, i asked for a Non smoking room but there was smell of cigarettes in the whole floor. Cleaning staff enter in the room without waiting for a reply; they just knocked the door and after 3 seconds ethy came in, i guess they were thinking no one was in the room. Some refresh training to the staff would be recommended to avoid such behaviours in the future.

Cons: I personally don't like car valet services, and while this worked well in this case, I would suggest trying to study another way to put away your car in the vicinity of the hotel.

Pros: Everything about our executive suite was first-rate. It was clean, with a large bed, high ceilings. The bathroom was huge, with a walk-in shower and a tub and two sinks. (It could have used a bench, perhaps.) The furnishings were tasteful. The staff was excellent - accommodating, warm, helpful, solicitous. The breakfasts were varied and always had something new and interesting to try. Dinners were also excellent. The location was terrific - within walking distance of dozens of restaurants, the opera house, the Vernissage, shopping.

Cons: The reviews were far fetched. I think this is a reasonable 4 star hotel. Nothing more. People exaggerated their evaluations in my opinion. For example the breakfast is poor. Really poor ... Not high quality and not too many choices. Also our shower had hot/cold water uncontrollably. We informed the front desk. They told us they had fixed it but was not true. Also the streets can be loud in case you are sensitive to noise. There are better hotels for the similar price. I would not stay there again..

Cons: We had booked a room with a balcony and that was stated in our reservation. However, the hotel did not provide that to us, stating that they were full and that rooms with a balcony were not available - that was not what we expected. There was no iron and ironing board in the room - that would have helped.

Pros: I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Meg, particularly the helpful and friendly staff. They helped us coordinate a hiking guide in the Yeghegis Valley, transport arrangements and a group day tour - and their patience throughout with all our questions was really appreciated. Breakfast served in our room had a wide range, customized to our selection (buckwheat, oatmeal or eggs), fruit, cheese, salami, fresh bread and delicious Armenian coffee. Rooms were spacious, had comfortable beds and convenient bathroom space. We switched from room 4, near the outdoor smoking area, to room 2, which was tucked back more so quieter and a preferred location Thanks so much, we were sad to say goodbye after eight nights!

Cons: The hotel seemed like a one floor of a residential building, so did not look much from the outside. However, amenities are good. There was a little mix-up regarding breakfast, but it was still served right away. Nothing much really.

Cons: Hard to find the roads were closed had to drive through a police check point. once I finally found the hotel. i was told hotel parking is about 600 yards away. i was lucky to find a street parking about 100 yards from front door. i had to carry all the luggages up 14 steps up just to get in the hotel. Staff Very rude at the front desk. i asked about the complimentary breakfast which is stated in the add. I was made aware I had to still pay it. when I showed the add on Booking / Priceline she didn't care. once we got upstairs to the room the air conditioner was Not working , we called front dest thw same lade said it will come on inf couple of minutes. however it didn't sweeted all night, I tried opening the window and the construction crew works all night it was extremly loud. I was tired from driving all day from Venice didn't want to argue with the front desk any more. next day when I was checking out, the manager was there and I asked about my stay, so informed him how horrible his staff and the hotel was. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO STAY THERE. Beware....

Pros: From the time of check in till check out experience was fantastic. It was a very last minute booking which we moved from another hotel due to unpleasant reasons. However at arrival the room was ready with our preference. Both my husband and I are hotel industry professionals working for two leading hotel brands in U.A.E ,but I must say Raddison Blu Yerevan team delivered such good service where all our expectations were exceeded. Very convenient location and the decor of the hotel was warm. Felt safe. Front desk was helpful and knowledgeable. The bellman whom we saw mostly during our stay (was not there) when we checked out but he was fantastic. Front desk member Narek was very helpful and assisted in arranging a private tour within a very short notice. Used in room dining. Menu selection was limited but the team was ready to facilitate any special request. Lobby bar team was very attentive and food was tasty. As their service was very good , we didn’t have the need to go to other restaurants. Loved the glass ceiling and the brightness at the lobby bar with background piano music. House keeping and laundry service was fast and efficient. Housekeeping Ripsime was very warm and professional. She kept the room clean and tidy at all time. Spa treatments were very good, therapists were professional. They were very kind not to disturb when we fell asleep even after the treatment was over. Spa receptionist Arnie ( hope I got the name correct) was very professional and friendly. Nail technician and Christina the stylist were equally good. Olympic style pool was a great place to have a good swim, especially early morning when it was quiet. The hot tub with jacuzzi is a must try. Requested to arrange a cake for a friend who was on honeymoon in the same hotel. Front desk Robert arranged the same quickly and efficiently.

Cons: We got stuck at the elevators before checking in. Turned out it was because we (quite naturally) did not have electronic key coming up from the parking lot to the front desk directly. Elevator let us in (with a baby on board), closed the door and stopped responding. We could not open the door and had to shout for help. The issue was instantly resolved with us but the hotel should change the elevator settings or put up a warning signage.

Cons: Few points for improvement; Breakfast was an acceptable choice but unfortunately the service was very poor. Service staff was yawning in the middle of the restaurant, had to ask for cutlery and to clear the plates a few times. Table was wobbly so asked one of the hostesses to help fixing it, she completely ignored the first time and when requested again said we will fix it later if you want change tables. Very bad attitude. Even with the air conditioner the room was hot in the night. No criticism but to mention, probably due to language barrier the way some staff’s responded felt a bit arrogant.

Cons: - The pool staff offer low quality service. They are not attentive (mess and dirt all around the pool, they do not clear empty plates, too arrogant?), and unfriendly (this has been the same for 12 years now, do something about it?!). Almost rude waiters. Pool music is very messy: 30 minutes of HAPPY BIRTHDAY songs blaring out loud (not nice at all), then 1h silence, then techno. Either get a dj or a proper playlist with correct, adequate volume (not nightclub then blank then speakers bursting: it does not give an enjoyable feeling at the pool side). I came here to relax and ended up getting stressed because of this. There is NO organization re vacant pool chairs: put some baskets for towels around the pool so guests can dispose of them and free up long chairs! This is the same situation from 12 years ago: chaos to find a free lounger. No signage on floor 0 (from lift to pool): you come out of the lift and then walk through a maze like a blind bat trying to find a pool or gym. Hang a sign! - Bedrooms are dated and not very clean (dust on the carpet), dirt behind the sink, hairs on the mattress cover, shower gel smells very strange (cheap quality). The TV menu is all wrong and only half the channels work. - When you check out the staff don't even say 'bye': the reception takes your money and end story. 'bye have a nice trip home and hope to see you soon' is the easiest thing in the world to say to guests: not just leave you standing there with an invoice in your hand. Having worked in a hotel for over 10 years all around the world, I have seen so much and I know what should and should not be done towards guests.

Pros: This was a really nice hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by the friendliest ever member of staff and everyone was attentive and helpful. The hotel is in a good location and it is clean and modern. There is a small pool-ly thing in the basement, which was nice to cool down in. Breakfast was also quite good, although the tea cups were a bit on the small side. I'd not hesitate to stay here again.

Cons: It does not look like a 4* hotel. I booked the senior suite of the hotel for 6 nights. The room was spacious however I requested one more baby bed however the manager lady was rude and not provided that. There is some problem with the balcony door and the entire night a whistling sound disturbed our sleep. I complained about the issue, however, their mechanic fixed problem after 3 days. Also, the bathroom was leaking and the rug got wet. I complained about the issue but nobody took action entire stay I was suffering that problem. Also because of that a bad smell coming from the rug. One of my friends also has a very bad experience at this hotel. We don't want to recommend any Indian people to stay in this hotel.

Cons: We received a duplex family room , which was spacious. This room did not have windows, only an air conditioning. Unfortunately the air conditioning worked only downstairs and the upper level suffered from heat , which was high, as we were there in the summer.

Cons: The room rate included breakfast and dinner. However, we did not have an option to choose what we wanted from the restaurant menu. The chef decided and we did not like the food or the quantity offered for dinner. The bathrooms need to be re-designed. The taps and shower panels are very old and need to be changed. There is no space to keep bathroom toiletries without obstructing the view of the mirror. TV channels did not offer any English entertainment.

Pros: Position: very near the center of the town, on a quiet street. Hotel built recently, very comfortable, staff friendly, helpful, and efficient. Copious breakfast with quality products; served until 11 a.m.! Bar in the lobby. Large desk for your computer, books, and papers. Wifi strong and stable; band-width more than sufficient even for watching a video. Large LCD screen TV. Lot of storage room for you clothes. Previous complaints about cigarette smoke do not apply any more: the entire hotel is non-smoking area; I did not detect any residual smoke at any place I entered.

Pros: Delicious breakfast. Nice Staff !! So helpful and welcoming. Cleaning was great. Nice area near Republic square, Vernissage market and local restaurants.
