Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the enjoyable pool, which was especially appreciated during hot weather. Some guests highlighted the convenient location and smooth check-in process. However, several reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, inconsistent breakfast quality, and maintenance problems in bathrooms and rooms. While some found the breakfast delicious and varied, others were disappointed by its quality and lack of options. Overall, the positives centered on service, room comfort, and amenities like the pool, but improvements are needed in housekeeping and breakfast.AI-generated from customer reviews
