Private Store next door and close to numerous restaurants.
seemed like a drug den. Tweakers and Prostitutes seemed to be dwelling in the this inn.
For all the bad reviews of this place, it was fully booked the night we stayed there since it was the cheapest place to stay in the area. The staff was friendly and were quick to try to fix problems like the missing items in our room. The location was good, close to a lot of restaurants, and it was right of the highway so it was easy to get to. It was a little confusing to pass Yakima Inn which is just before Yakima Valley Inn. They had 2 different wifi networks since the buildings are pretty large and not that close together. There was a very simple breakfast, but it was better than nothing.
This place used to be a Knight's Inn and some things had been replaced and remodeled, but most things were in a state of disrepair. Our bathroom was fine, but the carpet, bedspread and upholstery were stained and torn. We were missing an ice bucket, garbage can, and a lightbulb in one lamp. Since it is the cheapest place in the area, there were some interesting people, but they didn't bother us and it did not feel unsafe at any time.
