Cons: The bed and bedding was pretty uncomfortable.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: The spacious hallways and the fact you have a small usuable kitchen.
Cons: The lighting in the rooms is very poor and harsh. They need to update to newer led lights
8,3 Excellent
Pros: This is an extended stay type hotel. It is nice to have your own kitchen, with the ability to cook for yourself, use the refrigerator to store your food items/keep water and juice cold. More family would have stayed at this hotel if there were a pool, especially an indoor pool. The stay was quiet. The location is convenient to the freeway, sports facilities, shopping.
Cons: The pillows were too firm for my liking.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The suite that my husband I stayed in was fantastic. He has crazy allergies to dust and pet dander and for the first time in awhile he woke up feeling amazing! The only thing we missed was a hot tub and pool to enjoy. Other than that I give The Ledgestone and their staff a big high 10! We definitely will be staying with them in the future.
Cons: No pool or Hot tub
10,0 Excellent

Beautiful view from our place and right along the boardwalk, which is perfect for evening strolls! Breakfast and evening soup/salad and happy hour were delicious! Loved our stay! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Wife and I melted into the bed. The breakfast 1st morning was wonderful. The river view from our room and deck made it very relaxing,... the river was only 100 feet away.
Cons: Breakfast the 2nd morning was not the same as 1st, but unfortunately not as good. Everything was cooked right, just not what I was hoping for. They had an issue with the main AC in the building, the halls were extremely HOT!
7,9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable room.
Cons: AC went off during the night. Had to wake up and fumble in the dark to turn back on.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: First time traveling with a pet. Was concerned that "pet friendly" meant that we were going to have to settle for a worn out room and kept our expectations low. Rooms were exceptionally clean and tidy. Rooms opened to a very plush lawn which was great for pets, and the property is along the banks of the Yakima River with an nice paved walking trail that goes for miles. We enjoyed the first rate continental breakfast with our puppy at the very spacious and clean outdoor seating area. Rooms were noticeably quiet. Couldn't hear neighbors talking or TV, and they were definitely occupied. Traveling with Fido? Oxford Suites is where you want to stay in Yakima.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved everything! The staff was great! The beds were so comfortable, and the pillows felt like wrapping your arms around a cloud. The breakfast was also awesome! 9,2 Excellent
Pros: The staff was so accommodating and brought me a fan when I asked for one!
Cons: Need more outlets to plug in all electronics.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nicely located near the I-82 freeway. A clean room, a mini-refrigerator was nice. Breakfast was ok, but I know the same-chain hotel in a different location serves much better breakfast.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Air conditioner worked well
Cons: Small TVs and none with HD, not even in the bar.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great AND it was OK to bring up to the room. It was perfect for breakfast in bed for my wife's birthday!
Cons: Wasn't given WiFi password on check-in. Had to call front desk later

10,0 Excellent
Pros: I love the friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, simple breakfast, but mostly the room overlooking the Yakima River. After a long day of driving and hectic schedule of meetings, it's great to come back, throw open the shades, and see the river flowing right outside the window. If the weather is warm, you can open the sliding glass door and enjoy it even more.
Cons: Adding eggs and bacon to the breakfast line-up would be helpful for people eating low-carb. :)
7,7 Good
Pros: Convenience. Clean rooms overlooking the river.
Cons: Breakfast varies and can sometimes be horrible.
6,8 Good
Pros: The hotel was clean.
Cons: An elevator was unavailable due to a malfunction and three ice machines were also out of order.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Oxford Inn never disappoints. They offer a lot of value for the dollar. Friendly and professional front desk staff make check-in and check-out easy. Really tasty family style Mexican restaurant next door is great. Free breakfasts in the hotel are better than average. Rooms are clean, comfortable and very quiet with views overlooking the Yakima River right outside the sliding glass doors.

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: The Gym was a bit small.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience to Sun Dome and restaurants in downtown
7,1 Good
Cons: Old and outdated facility. Gym was small. Hotel needs an update.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Room view
Cons: It was a disability room and the bathroom shower had many unneeded safety items for us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant stay, friendly staff and very convenient to all. Food was very good. Like the changes coming to the restaurant area. Parking garage convenient ( but a Hilton Inn sign would make it easier to park once in the garage). Nice stay.
7,5 Good
Pros: The property was close to where I was doing business. It was clean, bright, airy. The staff were helpful. The sleep was comfortable and the room very clean.
Cons: There was nothing I did not like about this hotel. If you are looking for five star it is not steeped in luxury but it is a definite stay for business or family if you find yourself in Yakima.
6,7 Good
Pros: Room was nice and clean, downtown location convenient.
Cons: Too expensive for what you get, parking is inconvenient, the parking charge of $10 per day is ridiculous. This is Yakima, not New York. Getting internet access was a pain. The biggest issue was that they didn't honor the price from my reservation. I was charged $40 more, and when I showed them my reservation with the lower amount, I just received a condescending look and was informed that this rate would be a bit low for a room at the Hilton. I am disputing the charge but I don't understand how they can do this and still be allowed to offer rooms on this site.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and the breakfast was delicious. It was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel!
Cons: The parking isn’t the most convenient but we made it work!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room service and breakfast were great!
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: 1) Construction noise in the morning in the hotel 2) Really unpleasant smell in our room; smell seemed to be newly installed materials outgassing and no amount of window opening and constant fan action mitigated it very much 3) Our room wasn't cleaned
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Check in was perfect and fast. They had my room just as I'd requested.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The continental breakfast was amazing! Eggs cooked to order, hash browns, and bacon in addition to any cold breakfast option you would like. The room was beautiful and cozy and met our needs.
Cons: The check in process was a little weird and one of the three guests was double charged. The issue was corrected, but it made a not quite seamless check in process.

6,7 Good
Cons: Over priced
7,5 Good
Pros: full breakfast buffet. lots of choice, not all carbs!
Cons: there was no spot for 'spouse' (husband) on who did I travel with. do not like the term 'partner'
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was nice. Breakfast was good. Swimming pool and hot tub was good. Had a comfortable night sleep. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and will plan on staying here again.
Cons: Took 3 separate attempts with the girl working the desk during check in around 8-9pm, in order to get a room which meet our needs. My wife wanted a quieter room on the back side of the hotel. 1st room she put us in was in the front and very noisy. 2nd room was right next to elevator and vending machines. 3rd attempt finally got a nice quite room. If the girl working the check in desk had a good understanding about the hotel layout and where rooms are located, this could have been a much smoother and easier check in experience.

Cons: The hotel is well located but the area is not very nice it’s a tough area of town

I'll definitely be back.
Cons: There was nothing that didn't meet my expectations.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location was good. Room size was good.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient, in a centralized location. Food is good and a nice bar in the lobby area
7,9 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds
Cons: There was no place to sit and eat a pizza we bought for dinner. Couldn’t eat by the pool, couldn’t eat outside by the parking lot where there are a ton of tables not being used, could eat on the patio by the pool....half of our family has just gone in the pool so we were wet and didn’t want to get the couches in the lobby wet while we ate. There are no tables/chairs in the rooms and there is nowhere else on the property that we were allowed to eat. That was really bothersome.

Pros: I did like the fast and professional response from the front desk person when the water pipe blew out in my room at 1am.. This property has all the markings of a future 9,0 when they finish renovation. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was very nicely cared for. The breakfast was better than average fare
Cons: I did not like the fact that a water pipe blew out in my room at 1am
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent and bed was okay and the staff are amazing.
Cons: No USB port to charge my phone but it's alright
6,3 Good
Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: The beds were not comfortable but decent. The breakfast was cold.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff listened to any concern and worked hard to accommodate my families needs. They were kind and friendly. The swim pool was open and towels readily available. The free breakfast was filling and varied.
Cons: A few of the beds in our rooms were uncomfortable. The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool was a little on the cool side. The WiFi was slow.
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was recently remodeled including the bathroom. No musty smell was in the room at all! Everything was new except for the Air-conditioner. Because of the areas on going activities at night, there is a 8' cyclone fence around the whole motel. And if you come in after dark....your vehicle is buzzed in at the entrance. I felt very comfortable leaving my car at night to enter the motel. Everything was clean, the bed was firm but not hard, we were given 4 pillows for our bed, a coffee pot with instant coffee and tea was available and the TV/Cable worked well.
Cons: Shady Part of town, not the worst/dangerous but my internal security was cranked up a notch. The hallways had a old musty smell, Some action on the street in front of the Motel at night. Lots of foot traffic on the street, Which explains why there's a 8' cyclone fence around the whole properly. One of the glaring security issues that I brought up with the staff at the front desk, was the side entrance doors at night (entrance B) were never locked (our stay was 2 nights 3 days over the forth of July holiday) The card reader was at the door and lit, but both nights we entered the motel (midnight the first night then 01:30 the second time) the doors were unlocked and the hallways were open to anyone who pushed open the doors and entered. Very disturbing.
6,3 Good
Pros: the breakfast was average at best. We very much enjoyed ourselves in spite of the intrusive road work happening on 1st street
Cons: the beds could be more comfortable and the road construction although no fault of the property was very inconvenient , if we had been informed prior to booking we probably would have stayed elsewhere
7,9 Good
Pros: location
Cons: road construction security gate was unwelcoming. Unwanted room oder
3,7 Mediocre
Cons: Entire hotel was very dirty and poorly lit. The door to my room had been bashed in recently I take it since the trim was completely broken and lock had been screwed back together. Capet was stained and ruffled up as well as the subfloor being rotted away and creeking. Stains on the chair and bed as well. All furniture was scathed and scuffed, looked like it was bought at a yard sale.
4,8 Okay
Pros: Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There wasn't anything bad about this hotel for the most part.
Cons: The price was rediculous for what you got. The place was incredibly dated with peeling wallpaper and our toilet was not secured to the floor (scary). We could not get wifi service in our room and needed it to complete a bunch of work. Had to go to the lobby to find it. Looks like they are planning on a remodel which is sorely needed although we will most likely not stay here again.
6,3 Good
Pros: The room was good size and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient.
Cons: The WiFi was terrible. It would kick you off frequently. The location was not great. The property is totally fenced off with electric gates which seemed most unusual.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, clean and the breakfast was over the top!!
Cons: It's a beautiful hotel but in a bad part of town...they do have it fenced and a security guard that patrols.
7,9 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet
Cons: Permeated/ stale air in both rooms Could not open windows. the black security gate was discomforting, and the lobby entrance was not well marked.

Pros: The bed was big and comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and the price was pretty fair. They were able to check me in an hour early, which after a long long day of travel was very necessary and appreciated.
Cons: Even through the front door you needed a key to get in- it was a bit jail-like - which made a bit more sense when I tried to drive through the construction and made it one block to a shady tent city. There was a long hairball on the floor of the bathroom and my room was directly across from the storage room for the cleaning supplies so there was a funny smell and lots of noise starting early in the morning all throughout the day.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was fine, we do like the hot protein options instead of just carbs. The room was comfortable, mattresses good, a/c worked well. Staff was very helpful when the TV remote didn't work; came up and brought a new one after change of batteries did nothinn.
Cons: I rated the area neutral. It didn't feel unsafe but it's certainly not the garden spot of Yakima. But we've stayed here before and the value for the money is good. We can handle unlovely area.

Pros: Seinge the host was very hospitable and did a great job of recommending restaurants.

Pros: The staff was friendly.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Easy to find..Friendly and chatty owner....no problem check-in. Appropriate place if very short on cash
Cons: Facilities were run down and in need of some TLC, renovation junk/furniture stored in carport next to room. Was promised a non-smoking room but received a very obvious ex-smoking room. Motel offered weekly and monthly rentals and it showed. Room and linens were clean but dated
4,2 Okay
Pros: The woman at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating.
Cons: The place was old and run down. No ice, The desk lady offered to run to the store to get some when she had the chance. (We walked to the store ourselves to buy some) No toiletries...shampoo, rinse, etc. No hairdryer. When I asked for all these, the lady loaned me her private items from her home. She told us to park in the carport near our room. Each carport was half-filled with garbage and old fixtures (toilets, sinks, boards, etc) Our room smelled like garbage.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The owner was nice upon check in.
Cons: The hotel is located in a very scary part of town. There were more permanent residents there than over night guests or travellers and they seemed to get preferential treatment over guests. They was furniture and remnants of a remodel long done stacked all over what was supposed to be the courtyard.

Cons: Roach problem. Saw them in the bathroom a ton
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I have now been to this place twice and I must say, it's not nearly as bad as the reviews say. The location is pretty good. Maybe not if it's your first time out of the Hamptons, but it's safe, and offers easy freeway access. There are some stores and restaurants close by. The hot tub was not in service, the pool is not bad, and the rooms themselves were nice. The breakfast is pretty standard, but they did have waffles, which was nice. The place was not busy. Staff was friendly. I'd stay there again. In fact, I probably will, as I visit Yakima from time to time. For the price, it's worth staying. We traveled as a couple with our five year old daughter.

They should really clean that place up... Would of been better :/ when we first got there first room got locked out of took 10 mins for them to get into it than had them switch us rooms this room had the mold and a bullet hole in the window the window was broken too...

Cons: Worst place I've stayed in twenty years! I thought this was the same place (named Yakima Valley Inn) we booked 3 years ago that was very fine. NOT the same place at all! I thought there was a buffet breakfast-NOT! My daughter was too afraid to go in the pool. Proprietor was quite rude. Newly renovated room was TERRIBLE! Tiny, not even a closet! Room was a fair distance outside to get ice. Door was hard to get open. Toilet didn't flush right. Large chip in tub enamel. Cupboard inside was unfinished plywood with no shelves, and patches of raw cinderblock wall showed through the fresh paint. Not even carpeted, but linoleum floor. Miss-matched second hand furniture and lamps, only one chair (no table) for three people and only two towel sets. Bed had a rubberize sheet that made me sweat all night; duvet was sandwiched between sheets with no duvet cover. The sliver of soap was the size of a Thin Mint, and no other provisions in the room--no shampoo, no clock, no restaurant guide, no stationary, not EVEN a Gideon's bible! It really is forsaken! Only thing in the drawers was a used cigar wrapper--uugghh! The air conditioner sounded like a diesel truck. We could easily hear plumbing and voices from adjoining rooms and outside,

7,1 Good
Pros: Did not realize this hotel was undergoing renovation, but we still liked our stay. Our room was recently renovated and comfortable. The outdoor pool was clean, but cold and in need of some cosmetic improvement. Loved the Japanese restaurant next door for dinner, and the waffle house a few blocks away for breakfast.
Cons: First impression was disappointing, since the exterior seems run down, but they are in the process of remodeling. Asked for a ground floor room, but they could not provide. Outside stairs are stripped quite ugly during remodel. Main hotel sign needs an upgrade. They no longer include breakfast (apparently due to renovation) but you can't beat the waffle house just down the road. Didn't like the noisy group of young people in the next room, but the hotel manager effectively dealt with this problem.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfortable, room was clean, night time receptionist was friendly and funny.
