Great option for a stay in the SF Valley! Close to many restaurants and centrally located. Rooms were big and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

All is great except on the very last day of my stay, they charged someone else’s valet parking to my account. Make sure to check the invoice when checking out.

Expectations were met or exceeded in every category. Was given complimentary early check in at 11:30. Staff was always helpful with any questions or concerns. Room was HUGE with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect, plenty of things to do and places to eat around the hotel. Will definitely be back again.

Pros (+) Bed nice and comfy
Cons (-) The AC in the room was not working properly... could not get it to shut off the first night, we froze all night. They did fix it. They require everyone to wear a mask but the bar tender was serving drinks and permitting people to drink the drinks there with no masks and hang out which seems to defeat the purpose of the masks. She wasn’t even wearing a mask both nights we saw her tending bar.

Pros (+) Everything was great. Clean rooms, excellent views, all new decor, breakfast and meals were amazing, restaurant and bar excellent, gym was small but had all the right equipment, staff was incredibly friendly.

Pros (+) Overall looked nice clean and contemporary
Cons (-) Hair on bed, dirty stained pillow case, uncomfortable bed and high humidity in the room. Had the thermostat set at 60 degrees and my wife and I had to sleep with no blankets while in a hot room. We got maybe 3 hours of sleep. We notified the front desk about the multiple hairs on the bed and the stained pillow case and they immediately replaced them.

Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff, room was very clean and comfortable
Cons (-) they have removed the bath tubs, which was a bummer because I was really looking forward to a hot soak at the end of my day. Also, the overhead bathroom light automatically shuts off after a few minutes, so the room went mostly dark during my shower.
