Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality of the breakfast and the convenient location. However, many were disappointed by the pool being closed, which was a key factor for several guests when booking. Cleanliness reviews were mixed, with some guests finding rooms spotless and comfortable, while others reported issues with dust, mold, and maintenance. Overall, the service and amenities received positive feedback, but the pool closure and occasional cleanliness concerns were notable drawbacks.

Cons (-) It was fine but it was a tired double tree. Staff was unaccomodating at check in and no cookie.
