Pick up was fine , it was when traveling it all started with 3 problems.. smart fob light illuminated say change battery and then a/c stop blowing cold and had to spend money to recharge the system and then the front brakes we’re pulsating and making noise had to swap the car at the end of the destination in Oklahoma airport bcuz every enterprise I called that it had to be an exchange at an airport bcuz they had more cars but the ride was better and no issues.

They were rude when I tried to cancel. They hung up on me. I wasn't rude I just explained I didn't have the money for the down payment for the rental but in the middle of saying that on the phone I got interrupted and got "uh huh. Got it *click*".

Hertz could not process the credit card hold on a separate card, the staff at the pickup location had an attitude from the start because I was right at the door as soon as they opened. Staff refused to assist me with finding a solution to our problem and strong armed me into cancelling my reservation made through kayak and made me rent a completely different car at a different rate because the one I had originally scheduled was now "unavailable" despite the fact that it was sitting outside. I will NEVER do business with hertz again.
