10,0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed in the Chocolate Room (Master Bedroom) with on-suite private bathroom. Large comfortable room, separate seating area, beautifully decorated with many windows. Excellent views.
Cons: Google has the location wrong! Couch Road runs in a horse-shoe shape. Google shows the location on the wrong half of the horse-shoe. Continue on the road around the horse-show to the left and up the hill. The B&B is located on the left just past the top of the hill.

Pros: Bed was comfy. Host was very nice
Cons: It had no bathroom attached to our room. If we had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night we would have to brave 30 degree weather to get to the main house. The cabin was too dimly lit.

Pros: Very nice place and Sharon was an amazing host!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is the best place to stay while visiting this Yukon area as it is close enough to the city but also far enough out to enjoy nature and a quiet place .Sharon and her husband are so accomodating that you feel right at home from the minute you arrive. The cabin was cozy and comfortable and the fridge always stocked with fresh home baked goods and even a plate of smoked salmon. I would highly recommend this place to stay and we will be back one day for sure!

Pros: Accommodation was perfect. Cozy cabin with bedtime snacks and coffee and kettle for morning. Even a microwave to warm up the bedtime snacks. Breakfast was great. Definitely recommend.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was great.
Cons: The room was super small, barely fitting one twin bed and a chest of drawers. There was no fireplace (even though the ad mentioned fireplaces were in all the cabins), no desk or table, no chair to sit on. There was one ancient stool. To make it to the washroom, I had to put on hat, gloves, coat and shoes and wade through a deep snow. The evening snacks were only provided on the first night.
6,0 Good
Pros: Good staff and meals
Cons: No bathroom I have to go to only one toilet far from cottage.

Pros: Travelled 5500 miles with my two dogs and stayed at a lot of hotels. This was the best and easiest. Staff was very nice, and room service was great so I could get a real meal and a glass of wine instead of settling for fast food or pizza. The hotel is right next to a little park where I could take the dogs for a short walk, and is surrounded by streetlights so it felt safe even at night. After a 12 hour drive day this hotel was excellent to settle into and get a good rest.

Cons: I didn't love being on the ground floor which really is at ground level so that someone could have just walked past our room window and looked in. I also didn't love being quite so near the airport for airport noise.
1,0 Poor
Pros: This is the nicest place to stay in Whitehorse and usually I am happy with it.
Cons: All I can say is the night staff Was rude and should be fired. I have a written letter from a doctor that my sons dog has to be with him and she told us NO it is against the law for her to do that. Told me she needed more paper work which is a lie.

Pros: It was extremely friendlyand the staff was AMAZING!!! Beautiful inside and welcoming.
Cons: We had a 2.000 mile drive and was ready for a quiet night/morning sleep. Unfortunately, it was under construction when trying to sleep. There was no complimentary breakfast but the restaurant downstairs was pricey but delicious!!!
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: The heat was not working on an extremely cold night, and the staff was unfriendly. We had low expectations going into this reservation and it was still disappointing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations were great. LOVED the Gold Pan Saloon. Great place with great waitresses!! Easy to walk everywhere. Will definitely be back!
5,0 Okay
Cons: Too much noise from the bar and the air conditioning system (it squealed all night). There was no hot water in the morning.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice for the Yukon, but that's about all I can say.
Cons: You could easily tell when other patrons were walking passed our room. Also we had 2 dogs and we were put on the 2nd floor which was a hassle we had not encountered at other hotels.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: Honestly, not much. The hotel itself is on Main Street which was nice o
Cons: So much. No included breakfast. The walls are paper thin, so I could hear every group of people walking by leaving the bar, could hear the housekeepers in the morning. The parking lot is not close to the building, did not feel safe leaving valuables
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to downtown, shops, and eateries. That's very important in -18C weather. The jacuzzi in the room was also a great surprise! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

5,0 Okay
Pros: They had newly remodeled rooms and live music in the restaurant/ bar on weekends.
Cons: They did not have a public hot tub, jacuzzi or sauna. The hot tub and/or jacuzzi was listed in the amenities, but this was for private upgraded rooms only. The sauna was a misprint and during the winter season, the spa had limited hours.

Cons: ...
7,9 Good
Pros: Clean, comfortable and modern accommodation. Easy self check-out.
Cons: Felt like being in a high end youth hostel. Tons of rooms rented in a house were probably even the owner lives in. Big shared kitchen. Felt like I've rented an Airbnb guest room in a house that belongs to someone else. Limited WiFi usage (should not download or stream things since this would lead to additional charges. Unbelievable when considered that we're living in the 21st century)

Pros: Location very good to downtown. Room comfortable and clean. Restaurant attached. Usual Menu to else where.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. We had to take a kitchenette room at a higher price because they had no pet rooms. Kayak & other travel websites do not mention this nor do they mention there will be a pet deposit.
Cons: The room was generally clean but behind and under furniture there was a lot of dust. They did not give me a receipt either
7,9 Good
Pros: The hotel has a large parking area. The staff were very accommodating about storing all of our gear (we were in the Yukon for a river expedition). Everyone was very friendly. The adjoining restaurant has good home style meals at reasonable prices.
Cons: Lots of noise from people leaving the adjoining bar when it closed at 2:00am. The hotel does not have an elevator.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A nice restaurant attached to the motel makes it very convenient for those who don't want to drive. Lots of parking spaces and across from gas station and stores.
Cons: Fairly long walk to my room. Not enough electric plugs in the room.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: It was very dated with dirty carpets, toilet ran all night, base board coming unglued, tiny bathroom, etc
7,5 Good
Pros: Only stayed one night. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and quiet and comfortable. Some amenities in the area. McDonalds and a convienience store across the road.
Cons: When we entered the lobby there were several drunk and/or high individuals camped out in the lobby that kept staring at us kind of creepily. Not sure why they were being allowed there. Bar located next door was just getting out and several patrons outside milling around the vehicles in the parking lot

Pros: the other front desk people were very nice and accommodating. We were only going to stay for a few days and they were able to make it longer and change the rate due to staying for a longer period of time. Also, the house keeping lady was very polite and and super nice. Always asked us if we needed anything.
Cons: The front desk one specific staff. For my booking put that we have a service animal and I was disabled. And received an email reply ok. Now we have been here for more than 5 days because we extended our stay being told that they don't allow dogs and that she has to talk to her manager. She also told me that my dog was not a service animal! I'm not going to have my dog walk around in just her service vest!! It's -35 F here!! We're not from a cold climate so I don't have any items for her in this kind of weather!!!

Cons: A/C unit needed some help, but staff fixed and worked fine.

4,6 Okay
Pros: As stated above I enjoyed the location and that was the highlight of this stay.
Cons: Initally I quite enjoyed the location & the staff were friendly. I was travelling with two small caged birds & paid for a pet friendly room #155. The room was obviously worn with black scuff marks on the walls & floors, dark water marks on the ceiling, exposed base board heater with no pannels & the drapes obviously had chew holes from previous guests pets. One would think with the extra $21 a night that could go towards maintenance of these rooms/up keep? When I moved the head of the bed back to plug in my phone charger I noticed a thick layer of dark grime & pet hair on the floor. I made a point to ask the front desk clerk (Stanlav) politely to have someone come and clean it, and to unplug the toilet while I was out. I returned later that night and the toilet was thankfully unplugged. However the thick layer of grime & pet hair on the floor remained untouched. Upon check out the clerk (Stanlav) stated he had told the housekeeper to clean it yesterday, and that they should have. I requested he follow up with housekeeping to ensure this was cleaned for future guests. Unfortunately his apologies were very apathetic & I highly doubt there was any follow up :( I don't see myself returning or recommending this hotel to my guests in the future due to the lack of initiative and customer service of this so called sucessful chain hotel.
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: Meh -
Cons: Old rooms have not been updated in many, many years. Room smelled of smoke.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Property is getting worn down
5,4 Okay
Pros: The staff was nice and I do like the central location.
Cons: The wifi only worked in the hallway. The beds were rock hard - used our camping sleeping pads to help make it softer.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The staff tried to be helpful.
Cons: We had no hot water our entire stay. We were driving the Alaska Highway and had to change a flat tire in the rain. We couldn't take a hot shower, but wasn't told about this at check in.
4,2 Okay
Pros: It was a good location and a handy shuttle bus from the Airport
Cons: The room was very musty and dirty with stains and marks all over the walls and floors The house keeping was non existent No bed made and clean towels Television didn’t work
4,2 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Check in, luggage car, parking, elevator, heat and A\C, bed, windows, check out shuttle
5,7 Okay
Pros: Westmark is conveniently located in Whitehorse and has early hours for breakfast. Nice beds and linen, carpeted room. Warning sign about running too many high power appliances.
Cons: The room on one side had a young family that were noisy though they didn't stay up too late. Also got to smell the diapers, baby powder and milk. On the other side, the man spent several minutes clearing his throat every minute. Blowing his nose in the morning sounded like he was in my room. Hair missed by cleaners in sink. Sound wise, not much different than lower priced facilities in Whitehorse.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfort , I would stay again!
Cons: Small fridge and small microwave in room would be handy
9,7 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is perfectly fine. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and has a restaurant and bar. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance to a lot of interesting places, including the river walk which is really cool.
Cons: If you are driving here, and don't arrive early, finding a non metered parking spot is a chore. The hotel lot is very small. The meters start at 9:00, so if you sleep in, you're probably going to get a ticket.

6,7 Good
Cons: Was charged a huge deposit (which I wasn’t forewarned of) and it took much too long for it to be refunded to me after the fact — it took several days.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: it was available, when our our other reservation had been cancelled
Cons: it was not clean...room had odor of dogs..and my son got a bug bite in bed, think it was a flea...
6,0 Good
Pros: Pet friendly and there were some surprisingly nice furnishings (albeit not always in the best condition and it's all aesthetic).
Cons: Too small of a parking lot and was a lake of water and ice (doesn't drain). A bit run down with some nice elements, but a lot of broken stuff in the rooms.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Beds were comfortable
Cons: Property is old, maintenance was poor, receptive were scarce
4,0 Okay
Pros: Not much!
Cons: Hotel felt grungy and had funny smell/dirty carpet n hallway. Room needed major upgrades, from the plastic shower pull and separated tub faucet to the black mold on ceiling above sink/other mold above tub. Front desk staff not very friendly at all.
7,9 Good
Pros: location, room was good except need air conditioner.
Cons: the hotel should have a lounge to relax and have a night cap.
1,0 Poor
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: I do understand this is considered a 2.5 star hotel, so I went into this without high expectations. 1 exterior hotel disrepair 2 lobby odor 3 elevator dirty 4 drunk person sleeping in hall 5 room smellled 6 no hot water shower 7 warm coffee
6,3 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The smell, the maintenance need to be improved.
4,0 Okay
Pros: We have dogs, minimal area to walk them to do their business. Some drunks that made it uncomfortable. Staff should have handled them.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Decent sized room with decent amenities. Plus they had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc regardless if we brought our own, they had a good supply we could have used. The coffee was great and it was convenient that there was a restaurant next door. I also appreciated the easiness to add my dog to my stay when we arrived and the dog terms were reasonable.
Cons: I wish there could have been a mini fridge and a microwave in the actual room but at least there is a microwave in the lobby that you could possibly ask to use.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The price was good for what you get. Bed was nice. It’s really noisy outside, though not the hotels fault, which made it hard to sleep. I was running late and asked for a later check out. The front desk gave me an extra 30 mins which was appreciated.
Cons: Location, amenities, noise.
7,0 Good
Pros: Beds were relatively new. Quite comfortable. Pillows were large and fluffy.
Cons: Elevator was very dirty. Walls, floor, doors. Needs a thorough cleaning.

Pros: Loved that everyone was so nice. The size of the room was great, the bed was very comfortable, the fridge in the room was already cold, the bathroom had a very nice shower. All in all the facilities and the people who were there were really great.

7,1 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy.
