The staff was amazing and I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a suite. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I will definitely return to the Crbystal Lodge in the future!

Loved the location, amenities, and friendly staff. We stayed at Weatin previously but wanted more space with the grandparents. Crystal is perfect and we had a wonderful time. Kids loved the game room and prefer Crystal.

Pros (+) The front office Shantel (or Chantel) was fabulously helpful. She went above and beyond to help coordinate a last minute child seat for our bear safari. Totally surprised us. We thought Canadians are super polite + helpful, and she was off that scale for us.
