Cons (-) We had to cancel last minute due to sickness of 2 family members and I called night before to request some concideration for partial refund or maybe using at a different time. Cancellation policy was 48 hours and I called 18 hours prior to. Nothing was refunded of 4 days and we lost 1400 even though we have hospital records show that we cannot travel. Pros (+) Proximity to restaurants and shops, as well as being the closest hotel to the conference center (the business part of my trip!). The free breakfast was a great option for rushed mornings.
Cons (-) While in our room, we could clearly hear the shower and sink in the next room and it sounded so loud that we thought it was coming from our room! May not be a great choice for noise sensitive sleepers.
