Cons (-) We had to cancel last minute due to sickness of 2 family members and I called night before to request some concideration for partial refund or maybe using at a different time. Cancellation policy was 48 hours and I called 18 hours prior to. Nothing was refunded of 4 days and we lost 1400 even though we have hospital records show that we cannot travel.
