Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendly and accommodating staff, as well as the convenient location and spacious room layouts. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, leftover items from previous guests, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. Many guests were also disappointed by missing or nonfunctional amenities, such as empty pools, broken fireplaces, lack of kitchenware, and unreliable wifi. Despite these issues, some guests appreciated the homelike atmosphere and pet-friendly setup.AI-generated from customer reviews
