Pros: The bar and restaurant. The lobby is nicer than others in the area. Staff here is a pleasure too.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Everything except, there was a cockroach that was darting over the floor in my room that I couldn’t catch. I have a phobia of roaches so it cause a big distress for me. The hotel did offer a 20% discount the next day. However I still didn’t get much sleep. The cockroach appeared at 1amish so it was no benefit to change rooms because my husband was asleep already.
Cons: Answer the dislike in the question above. The cockroach.
7,0 Good
Cons: Someone had a party in the room next door from 4am to 6am. A very loud party.

Pros: Dinner service with Tim ( I think) was superb and the chef even checked in on the meal quality. Front desk staff was attentive and noted that requests for hypoallergenic pillows had not been addressed before I noticed the omission, and promptly had them replaced.
Cons: However, the lunch service was so poor ( waited for 10 minutes and unsure if dining room was even open) I left the conference site and braved local traffic for lunch.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom was not clean. Hair in tub, on the floor, on the toilet and sink. Base boards and floors in bathroom need thorough cleaning.

Pros: The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location right off interstate. Very spacious room great view from 5th floor. Very clean. Kitchen had necessities.
Cons: Nope. Everything was great.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was great with easy access to and from. The breakfast was good and night clerk friendly and helpful The room was large and had a couch and sitting area, but our room was suppose to sleep 4. It had 1 king bed and only floor space for a 4th
Cons: Room 316 has 2 large windows and unmovable curtains that cover only 25% of the window area. 2 floors below, attached to the room were high intensity flood lights used to illuminate the hotel name. The inside of my room was well lit all night long.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean spacious room!
Cons: Pool wasn't open, heavy smell of paint on my floor, took too long to check in.
6,0 Good
Pros: Front desk was helpful when I was checking out and advising of issues we had experienced.
Cons: Several issues: 1) Went to check in at 4:45pm and room was not available for more than 30-45 mins; Agent said they had an issue earlier and were running behind. 2) no sheets or blankets for pull-out couch; when I called they said they would send up but didn’t; 3) batteries missing from remotes. Front desk was helpful when I was checking out and offered a credit to make up for inconvenience.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY AT ! ALL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND LOCATUON WAS EXCELLENT, RIGHT DOWN FROM THE RIVERWALK, I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR A FAMILY ANY DAY
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I like the bed and the pillows. Breakfast and dinner are good. Beers are excellent.
Cons: It is a little farther to work than where we used to stay. Coming down Huger trying to make a left turn to the property during rush hour is a bit tricky. Maybe the city should put a "Keep Clear" sign for the left turn so drivers from the opposite direction do not block the intersection.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I wish I would have filled this out sooner so I could remember specific names but the staff was absolutely LOVELY! I was traveling alone and they upgraded me and the room and facilities were so great I actually called my husband to see if he wanted to bring our kids up and play hooky for a day! Breakfast was perfect and checkout was seamless.
Cons: You can not really walk to anything in the city. (But I didn’t want to)
10,0 Excellent
Cons: No
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice Suite and Free Breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean, comfortable with an exceptionally friendly staff....
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. From the greeting from your front desk lady who was so helpful, to the beautiful room, to the comfortable - VERY comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and wonderful - going out of their way for me - morning staff and General Manager. I had jury duty this morning and wasn't sure when I would be done and if it was for a trial this week. The General Manager kept my luggage locked in her office while I went to the Federal Courthouse. Fortunately I was finished by 10 am, so didn't need the room for another night. But your front desk lady when I checked in 4:30ish on Sunday 11/3 was so helpful extending my stay - if needed - for a 2nd night. It was such a pleasant experience and I think the excellent staff - ALL of the employees I encountered as being helpful, pleasant and bending over backwards to make my stay memorable. THANK YOU!
Cons: Can't think of a thing - except I wish I had eaten more of the excellent breakfast - but that was on ME.

Pros: Not a positive experience when the front desk staff is wearing T-shirts and Tank Tops. Not something I would have expected to see in a Marriott. Also, there wasn't much of a sound barrier between floors. Looked OK from the outside.
Cons: The pull out couch was much smaller than expected. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could have been and there was signs of a leak around the shower head that hadn't been fixed. The internet wasn't working at all during our entire stay. RM 323.

Right in the heart of downtown Columbia on the scenic campus of the University of South Carolina, Graduate Columbia blends historic grandeur with pops of prep for a stay that feels like home. Our South Carolina retreat boasts local charm, with Gamecock-inspired headboards and echoes of “Oot Oot.” Plaids, chevron and touches of grass cloth come together in guestrooms. In the lobby, bright colors and cheery florals pop against dark wood paneling. Pros: I hated everything about this place
Cons: This place is aweful and drug and bug infested. They overcharged me for a stay and never refunded my money.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Good location to get to. Unsure about the other catagories, since I was never able to check-in.
Cons: Predatory pricing. Booked for a room with 2 queen size beds but one of the staff/owner that I have to pay $20 per person instead what was booked for. He challenged me to contact the book.com staff and told me in front of my family that he would not honor the deal regardless. I've indicated that I do not have a phone since I was traveling from out of the country and he would not let me use the phone either. He also stated that if I leave then he will charge me that cancellation fee of $60 (Approx) anyway. (And they did charge my cc.) I've went to next hotel and paid the full price. I've later found out on the wikipedia that such practice is common for this hotel chain and many privacy violations were registered as well. This hotel should not be listed on book.com since it will only tarnish the website's reputation.

Pros: I thought the property was great.
Cons: Only problem was that Website (Trivago) indicated breakfast was included in the price we were paying but, upon check in I was told it wasn’t. The hotel has a restaurant vs a buffet so I guess this makes sense, but the booking fell short of expectations in this regard.

7,9 Good
Pros: The room was clean and improvements were done.
Cons: A new ice machine.
1,0 Poor
Pros: BEWARE! This place is nasty. The blankets which are suppose to be white are brown on the edges because they are dirty. The bathtub was dirty too as well as the towels. On top of that, I saw a bug on my bed peacefully walking around: I was horrified. I stayed there for one night (after seeing the blankets, bed, bathtub and bug)but I had a reservation for two nights, they had already charged me $132.04 and since I spent there only one night I though a refund was going to automatically process, but it didnt. I been trying to contact them because i need my money back but they refuse to even answer the phone. Its very hard to get in contact with them once you paid.
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The floors were FILTHY! The bedding was also dirty and very clearly had not been washed. There were little tiny black bugs crawling all over the desk at night (I don’t believe they were roaches but I don’t know what they were).
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and clean
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: The room/bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room appeared to be missing a smoke detector. You could see where it used to be.
Cons: Please make sure every room has a functioning smoke detector.
7,5 Good
Pros: The motel was inexpensive and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: There was a strong cologne smell in the room--maybe to cover up cigarette smoke?--and the room wasn't in great shape, with dents in the walls and scuffs and a cobweb on the ceiling. It didn't feel especially clean.
