Room stunk of cigarette smoke
Pros:There was plenty of parking and, despite being close to the interstate, it was quiet. The hotel staff was very friendly and acommodating.
Cons:They did not have breakfast available, which was one of the reasons I selected them. The setup is also a little odd with an outdoor courtyard in the middle of the hotel, so anyone playing outside was noisy/distracting.
Pros:The breakfast was limited but was enough for most anyone's needs.
Cons:The bed was a little older and uneven.

Cons:We had been evacuated from Savannah, GA. and were travelling home. We had two small dogs, hypo-allergetic, and had pressed the pet-friendly filter when doing our search. However, when we arrived, this hotel said they were no longer honoring the pet-friendly exception. It turns out they normally don't accept pets, but for evacuations they do. Becuase we were heading home, rather than fleeing, they would not make an exception. It took us more than 2 hours to find another hotel, which, becuase if was awful , we could not stay in and so we had to drive through the night to get home...not knowing if our electricity had returned.
Pros:The hotel was clean and well decorated. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. 10/10

Cons:Original room key didn't work. In the room, TV didn't work. Changed rooms, the room was smaller with no chair and very cramped. Saw bugs in bedroom and bathroom.
Pros:Rooms clean, staff helpful. Continental breakfast is amazing TOP 5 in the country!. If I'm in the area again will certainly stay again.
Cons:Had issue with keys card working with card reader on side door. But worked after 4 or 5 trys.

Cons:I stay at this hotel a couple times per year. My parents are snowbirds from upstate NY and I drive them down and visit them in FL. This is the stop I make after 12 hours or so of driving which only leaves me with 8 hours the next day. I have always been happy here. However this time the room left alot to be desired. Toilet had a major leak between the tank and the bowl. One that just couldnt be missed, it left massive flooding on bathroom floor. Granted not sewage but just the same unpleasant. There were no tissues in any dispensers either. We got in so late I was to tired to call up front and complain or switch rooms. We left 10 hours later anyway. I alerted the front desk at checkout. I will still comeback to this hotel this was just one bad experience.
