Pros (+) I have stayed at The Normandy 5 times and every stay is better than the last one. What keeps me coming back is the excellent customer service exhibited by their staff. They are always friendly and personable and remember your face and preferences on future stays. The Normandy is a small, cute, and quaint hotel located in Embassy row, about a 10 minute walk from the lovely and lively Dupont Circle....

Pros (+) I enjoyed the complementary coffee and water in the room. The lobby area was comfortable and they had complementary wine and cheese by the fire place from 5-6pm. These were great amenities.
Cons (-) The espresso machine worked but was a little inconsistent.

Pros (+) This place was so cute. Stayed here on an extended vacation after a business trip. My boyfriend met me out here and it was such a cute little hotel. Rooms are a little smaller but if you get the delux you should be fine. Staff was A++++, very friendly, there is even a complimentary wine hour! Would stay again!
Cons (-) Wish there was a bathtub but the bathroom was very chic so I didn't mind.

Pros (+) I loved the staff - great restaurant suggestions and very knowledgeable about the area. Also off the street outdoor tables and happy hour were a nice touch.
Cons (-) The room we were in was a little warn, although it was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit outside!
