Cons (-) I called and tried to change my reservation with kayak which they told me I had to contact hotel directly. Contacting the hotel directly they told me I couldn't change the reservation. Furthermore, they gave me a small room with one double. When I came down and pointed it out they wouldn't change it. Pros (+) Lots of character - good old building, new renovation. Large rooms, boutique feel. Incredibly friendly staff! Super quiet. Good location if you need to be at DuPont Circle. Lobby still under construction - hence the low price.
Cons (-) Beds are double, not queen, and while comfortable, way too small for two people.

Pros (+) Hotel with a true character, great location, and wonderful rooms. Staff was very helpful and dedicated to make you feel welcome.
Cons (-) Parking requires using valet services at extra cost but that must be expected in Washington and the central location of the hotel.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the large bed in the room, the friendly and curtious staff, and the proximity to local restaurants convenience stores and medium length walk to the National Mall.
Cons (-) I wish our rooms wifi would have worked more consistently. I would have liked a free breakfast with this stay. I thought the room service items were way too expensive, otherwise I may have utilized this feature. I wish the hotel had a pool.

Pros (+) The location and comfort.
Cons (-) The hotel had wi fi problems and did not communicate this fact. At the check in I was given the incorrect wi fi address. it could have been corrected. Also, I have stayed at the Churchill multiple times. Someone on the staff could have said hello. Finally, the printer in the lobby did not work.
