Pros (+) The room was pretty sparse, lacking even an easy chair. But the bedroom and bath were clean, dining room, reservations, and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) No easy chair to sit in. So one had to sit on desk chair or bed.

Cons (-) Very loud, right next to freeway. Continental breakfast ran out of some items pretty early every day. Bed and pillows very stiff.

Pros (+) The outdoor scenery is beautifully maintained! Sufficient easy parking. Lobby is very welcoming! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was very good. Every day there were some hot options in addition to the regular breads, pastries, and cold cereals. The location is convenient, with easy access to routes I-5 and 205.
Cons (-) The room in general was very worn and shabby, and not dirty, but not really clean either. Our room was very dark with inadequate lighting and electrical outlets. It was almost impossible to read in the room, especially after sundown. There are too few lights, no overhead lighting, and the lamps are ill positioned. Moreover, if you have more than a couple of phones or computers that need recharging...

Pros (+) I love the ambience when you first come in to check in, the front seat last was so welcoming and the cookies are the best lol specially after a long and tiring drive it's appreciated. The breakfast is wonderful knowing you have a hot rest meal to start the day and the lady assigned very accommodating like a mom. I'd love to stay there again. Thanks for having us.
