Pros (+) The room was pretty sparse, lacking even an easy chair. But the bedroom and bath were clean, dining room, reservations, and cleaning staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) No easy chair to sit in. So one had to sit on desk chair or bed.

Pros (+) The outdoor scenery is beautifully maintained! Sufficient easy parking. Lobby is very welcoming! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Pros (+) The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complementary breakfast was very good. Every day there were some hot options in addition to the regular breads, pastries, and cold cereals. The location is convenient, with easy access to routes I-5 and 205.
Cons (-) The room in general was very worn and shabby, and not dirty, but not really clean either. Our room was very dark with inadequate lighting and electrical outlets. It was almost impossible to read in the room, especially after sundown. There are too few lights, no overhead lighting, and the lamps are ill positioned.
