Pros: The welcome basket of goodies was a lovely treat to arrive to, meant we didn’t need to rush to the shop on our first night there! We had plenty of soap, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid as well as shower gels etc for length of stay which was a great bonus. Kids loved the variety of animals that came to visit us & they loved exploring the grounds. There was plenty of room for our family of five. Decoy Cottages are a great base to explore all that Meath has to offer.
Cons: Nothing.

4,6 Okay
Pros: I was there with freinds family and there was a bar onsite and it was ideally located for our purpose
Cons: I was upset with the attitude of the staff after i found a pair of dirty boxer shorts in my room and McDonald's rubbish underneath the bed. Also we requested an early check in that was confirmed by email i did not get my room until after 4 not happy after everyone else had got theirs. Then 2 find that in the room also they never cleaned the room after finding that they cleaned it after i went out on the Tuesday. I confronted them about this they gave me a cup of coffe as an apology and offered my sis a discount when she comes back. None of us will be going back an absolute disgrace what they did to me not happy at all. My brother who was not arriving until the Tuesday night had booked 2 nights his room was ready first and it was clean so why didn't they give me that room ( it was the same size price) oh no. I spoke to 3 people about this including a genral manager who was onsite. My treatment was totally out of order and shambolic considering how much i had paid a total disregard for me as a customer very unprofessional attitude. Hence my review.
