Pros: * Close to the airport * Friendly, very helpful staff * Free airport shuttle bus * Clean, spacious room * Surprisingly excellent dinner * Reasonable rates
Good 7,7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, restaurant looked inviting though I was too late to try it.
Cons: Didn't get a lot of help trying to get myself to the airport in the morning.
Good 6,8
Pros: Great loction. It is a airport hotel that is very easily accessible to the city centre. Staff is good
Cons: We did not like that there was hair in the bath tub and all the doors slammed in hallways making it noise at night.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: I was very impressed with the breakfast. It included a variety of hot and cold foods, drinks, and excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different bus routes and different attractions. Very impressed .
Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but I slept fine.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: Nice airport hotel to stay at night before your flight.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and very clean. It was a great bargain and close to the airport. Had some shops close by just in case you needed any necessities.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: We had an 11 hour flight layover. The hotel was less than 10 mins from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel and definitely fit the bill. A great place to stay
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel is fantastic however had been treated extremely bad by a member of staff so that ruined my time there!
Okay 5,3
Pros: Good courtesy bus service from airport, comfortable beds, quiet room despite size of hotel.
Cons: Bathroom sparcely stocked with toileteries and barely enough towels. Breakfast was disappointing - the cheese in the buffet was gone off, and the choice of breads/pastries was so limited that we just had cereal and juice and ate elsewhere later that morning.
Good 7,0
Pros: easy access, room very comfortable, well equipted and appointed. Always enjoy stay at the Crown Plaza.
Okay 4,7
Pros: Convenient to airport
Cons: Being an airport hotel, the poor insulation between rooms, makes it very noisy and uncomfortable during the night with guests coming and going.
Good 6,0
Pros: shuttle service to/fro airport
Cons: need more frequency time table of shuttle to/fro airport and no vending machines for soda/juice/snacks
Good 6,8
Pros: Comfort and facilities of the room, proximity to the airport, shuttle availability surrounds
Cons: Having to pay overnight parking charges when other hotels allow residents to park free will be a future determining factor, the fact that when dealing with a receptionist she is repeatedly diverted to answer the telephone - hire a telephonist.
Good 6,4
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: My room was above a room where a party was being held and the noise kept us awake. I had to call the manager to get the volume turned down - which he did.
Excellent 8,0

Excellent 9,7
Pros: It was comfortable and clean after a long day of travel. It had a nice free shuttle to the airport. Staff was friendly.
Cons: While the food was good, it was expensive for what you got. €11.95 for a hot breakfast is what you would typically would get in America for free. Cereal and pastry only was €9.95.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The staff where excellent and the room was perfect after a long trip and for the price which to be honest in Ireland was a bargain for such a lovely hotel
Cons: No complaints, it's good to see that this company has pulled up it's socks.
Good 7,3
Pros: This hotel has always been a clean and very friendly place with delightful staff who will do anything to help.
Cons: not applicable

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Food is excellent!
Good 6,5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Good 6,5
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Everything beyond the room was an additional cost; coffee, tea, pricey breakfast, the slowest internet around. Not even parking validation for a one night stay. I guess I am spoiled by USA standards.
Good 7,1
Cons: Finding parking was difficult. Shower was either cold or scalding hot.
Okay 5,4
Pros: The free 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport was very convinent
Cons: The rooms were old and outdated, shower wasn't good, and bar staff were slow and ignorant
Good 6,2
Pros: Friendly staff, great shuttle service
Cons: Clean room but musty smell
Okay 4,0
Pros: The premium rooms are extremely nice.
Cons: The standard rooms are dismal at best. We stayed the first night in a premium room that we had paid for, but the second night was complimentary through the airline carrier. At which time we were put in a standard room. It was like starting at the Hilton then being down graded to the red roof inn.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Loved the hotel. Started with the amazing front desk staff , Milli, was her name. She was the most accommodating person ever and was sure to take care of us immediately. Give that girl a raise! A convenient shuttle bus from the airport was also a nice touch, especially for free. We loved our nice and spacious room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin, especially if they want to be close to the airport.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: Cleaner room
Mediocre 3,7
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Cons: We stayed here for one night on Thursday 2 November 2017. The shuttle bus stance 16 is one of the furthest from the terminal building. It is approximately a 10 minute journey but can take longer depending on traffic and time of day. At check in the receptionist was efficient but her appearance was poor giving rise to concerns about standards in the hotel. We found the atmosphere in our room oppressive; despite the air conditioning there was no humidity at all. We tried opening the window but it was too noisy due to the hotel's engineering system. We were forced to try again later but then found that the locking mechanism on the window jammed and the night staff could not fix the issue at 3.30am so we had to put up with the noise for the rest of the night. As a result we got very little sleep. Despite the member of the night staff saying that he would report the issue, the receptionist had no record of it at check out but promised to investigate. Two days later I have heard nothing from the hotel and no offer of compensation against the prepaid charges. On the return to the airport the standing room only bus departure was delayed 15 minutes due to a driver change over with the bus engine left running. This is a very busy hotel 10 minutes from Dublin Aiport using the hotel's shuttle bus which theoretically runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is isolated at an island off the motorway so you have no alternative for food other than the hotel's own coffee shop, bar and restaurant; and prices! The bath towels were very thin. There was a hole in the bathroom sink which they had unsuccessfully attempted to cover with silicone. If I was overnighting at Dublin Airport again I would look for an alternative closer to the airport.
Good 6,5
Pros: Clean modern room. Staff were friendly
Cons: Quite a distance from airport. Shuttle bus provided approximately every twenty minutes. Drop off is s short walk to terminal 1. When you get out of the elevator their is s short flight of stairs which is awkward with heavy luggage. Bad design.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons: It’s missing a few ash trays outside the front door of the hotel
Good 7,7
Pros: We loved the rooms, the service, the food and the 24 hour shuttle bus service to the Airport. It is a great place to stay before and after you fly and even for a weekend to spend in Dublin if you do not mind taking the free shuttle bus to the airport and then take a bus into the city. The food was moderate in cost but available during most of the time and until 11pm. Staff very friendly and the rooms are great, low price for the good quality compared to other hotels.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Convenient, clean, mini-bus service
Okay 5,7
Pros: nice hotel would be base if on holiday
Cons: info was wrong not hotel was noy as close as in info
Good 7,7
Pros: The rooms has everything that is needed for a traveller - iron, hairdryer as well as trouser press. Very comfortable beds and lots of nice towels.
Cons: The restaurant is not great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Shuttle to the airport where we took bus to Dublin.
Cons: Prices for food.
Good 7,2
Pros: Great room with complimentary internet connection, great airport service
Cons: I would have liked additional choices on the dinner menu. Although the food was excellent, there was no option of ordering a light meal, and no other restaurants nearby.
Good 6,4
Pros: Room Facilities. Ease of use re parking & airport shuttle.
Cons: Only there one night
Good 7,6
Pros: Convenient to airport and the provision of a shuttle service to the airport
Cons: When I went to collect my car it was difficult but I feel this could be overcome by the hotel numbering each bay or area within the parking complex.
Good 6,4
Pros: convienent locatin
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6,4
Pros: The hotel provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport which leaves every 20 minutes. If you request a wake up call, the hotel staff will call you at the required time and will then call you again 20 minutes later to enuse that you got it - Very helpful :o) Check-in and Check-out was very, very fast.

Okay 5,7
Pros: The Lady at the Desk on Sunday morning (Polish) I believe was extremely efficient and took the responsibility to give us a discount on the rooms and as well offer the car park for free.
Cons: My parents did not have any hot water on Sunday morning, room 214 and the shower was broken in my room (241)... Even if severe conditions might have been partially responsible for hot water not to be available, this was disappointing.

Okay 4,0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.
Good 6,7
Pros: Pretty close to DUB airport.
Cons: Hard to find, no place to walk. I was charged for breakfast, but couldn't get it. I should have been advised breakfast was not available until 7 AM.
Okay 5,3
Pros: good size room, and value for money
Cons: We were not informed that the shuttle bus service did not operate after ten oclock
Good 7,0
Pros: I was very impressed with the size of the rooms with a separate kitchen dining area. The general set up of the hotel was very good. Also the man on reception in the night time was very helpful. The car park was full and he told us to park the car in a different section of the car park in front of a CCTV camera and said he would keep an eye on it which I thought was very nice of him.
Cons: I do not have any complaints. The only thing I wasn't happy with was there was only 2 pillows for a kingsize bed and 2 guests. I just think that with the level of the rooms and staff you could afford to put 4 pillows on a bed.
Good 7,3
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming and provided excellent service. The room was far nicer than I was expecting and very comfortable.
Good 7,3
Pros: location, and clean
Cons: the pillows were not comfy.
Good 7,2
Pros: The courtesy bus to the airport was a great help. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.
Cons: It's location, the area was a bity scary for a female on her own, No nearby shops.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: A special mention for fernando who dealt with the a series of probelms cheerfully and very efficiently.I Had booked non-smoking and was given a smoking rom - he changed my room; in the second room the tv didn't work; he changed ly room; he was very friendly and attentive to make sure that there were no further problems.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful
Cons: Terrible wifi that isnt included. Breakfast is expensive with poor selection and worse quality

Cons: this is not an airport hotel! It's miles away! Room was dirty, light bulbs were broken, shower was broken, bed was broken, staff were rude, TV was broken. I'm an experienced budget hotel guest, but this is taking the biscuit.
Okay 5,6
Pros: courteous people pharmacy and grocery store within walking distance bus to city center withing walking distance
Cons: Broken window/couldn't open when needed air (no A/C) Broken toilet paper holder (paper placed on top of counter) Bed poorly made by cleaning lady Cost me 6 euros per day for round trip to city center by bus shuttle to airport advertised, but charged 3 euros each way
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: this hotel is nowhere near tne airport, its in one of the roughest parts of dublin, and not safe to even go out for a walk.
Cons: i did'nt feel safe. but the cleaning staff were lovely and very friendly and helpful.
Good 7,0
Pros: it is a good hotel, convenience and comfortable, close to the airport.
Cons: the internet is not free,
Okay 5,3
Pros: Despite the location - The staff at this hotel worked extremely hard to assist you in every way possible. Service is way better than expected for this standard of Hotel
Cons: This is not an airport hotel. It is not close to the Airport and travel links to the Airport do not exist. It is located in one of the worst areas of Dublin City dominated by high rise government accommadation. An area of high unployment and all of the issues related to this. There are no facilities close by - even should you decide to take a walkabout.
Good 7,0
Pros: staff were very helpfull food was good
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: The word best is not applicable there. Nothing to be considered good the hotel is below any kind of standard.
Cons: !- Location, Hotel Staff. Breakfast.Internt.etc..
Good 6,7
Pros: Excellent value for your money! Big rooms, confortable beds and free parking. A good place to stay near the airport.
Cons: The neighborhood around is not the best. However, if you just stay in the hotel to sleep is an excellent choice.
Good 6,4
Pros: Great Value Accomodation when booked online in advance. All modern, clean and tidy.
Cons: Location a bit out of the way,but no great hassle.
Good 6,8
Pros: Cleaniness of the room, good location (airport, centre)
Cons: Noise around the hotel at night, not very good area, asked stuff for taxi prior to leaving hotel, taxi was not on time
Okay 4,8
Pros: The restaurant food
Cons: No hand towels, hard to get the bathroom door to close, room 330
Good 6,8
Pros: The hotel is very fancy and sophisticated. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is very nice. The food in the restaurant is also very good.
Cons: The hotel is extremely noisy... the doors that separate the elevators lobby from the rooms hallway made a very loud "bang" whenever they closed. You can hear everything that's going on in the hallway... even if you don't want to. The room was very hot... we had to leave the windows open all day and still we had to sleep with them open, which made it even more noisy, but even with the windows closed you can hear the cars, going by, loud and clear.

Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!

Pros: The front desk employees were very helpful, very clean and great value for the price.
Mediocre 2,0
Cons: Have to pay 2 euros per person for shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is very tired, carpets look disgunstingly tired in corridors and rooms. Will not be staying here again, not worth the price I paid even with special offer.
Good 7,1
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. We didn't have anyone in the room next to us, yet we could clearly hear the couple two rooms away.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great value for money
Okay 4,8
Pros: Swords was an interesting village and was close to the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport.
Cons: The hotel had very thin and flimsy walls. We could hear everything going on in all rooms around us and across the hall. We didn't feel like the hotel was secure. Anyone could walk in and out with no security or access card or key. Very loud most of the night. We changed hotels for our return trip to Dublin.
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, the room clean, bed comfortable.
Cons: It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. Could not get the wi-fi to work in the room in the morning. As there was a charge of €5 per device for a 24hr period this was disappointing. There was no trouble connecting to the wi-fi in the breakfast area though.
