Good location, 100 m from train station, not so far from metro station. Easy to reach an airport by bus (last stop for airport bus is near by train station). Clean room. Friendly personnel.

Hotel Phoenicia was very clean and good hotel.

Rooms were very clean, laminate flooring, free wifi, great location if you are arriving by train, directly across from the train station.
Very basic services (no restaurant, bar, etc.) Shower is not intended for people over 6 ft tall, water went over the shower enclosure and got the bathroom pretty wet.

The staff was so helpful with assisting us in making arrangements for concerts, recommendations for dining out and even providing space and dishes for an impromptu wine and cheese party.
Breakfast was a little pricey and not a great value for the money.
