Great location, friendly staff, incredible breakfast
Some rooms are more spacious than others
The hotel is located on the doorstep of the old town, which in itself is a bonus. All staff were very nice and happy to help, especially the breakfast omelette chefs were very keen to please! The room was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast truly was amazing too! If you have a car and leave it at the guarded car park under the bridge, you can get a discount if you pay at the hotel, but you have to ask for it.
The only real problem was the bathroom. It was very narrow and anyone any bigger then us would struggle to squeeze past the sink. There was also nowhere to put your toiletries. The music at the breakfast was a bit cheesy and a bit too loud.
AMAZING breakfast Intelligent room control SUPER friendly staff GREAT location and once again... THE BREAKFAST
Tiny room No lift
The staff of Petite Fleur is very polite and help-full. Breakfast or more precisely the Chef was fantastic. He is a star who makes this hotel unforgettable and exclusive. We enjoy the stay very much.
We were unlucky to get our room in attic. No elevator. Narrow stairs. But this is the old city and an old house.
Hotel Petite Fleur, is the ultimate standard that one would wish that all in the accomodation industry in Poland would reach. While the room (no 14) was slightly small, it served its purpose for a weekend stay and besides all it was super clean with a confortable bed and pillows. The staff at the hotel are super friendly, very proffesional and fluent in English; they are so dedicated to their job that gives the impression its a family ran business which not sure if it is. The food was extermly good from a well supplied breakfast including live cooking to a sofisticated 3 course dinner included in the price of tsay (at the time). If I ever visited Torun again, for sure I would not look at any other hotel. If you find vacant rooms on your planned trip, make sure you choose this hotel.
A stay at Hotel Petite Fleur places you in the heart of Torun, steps from Copernicus Museum and Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-in, and express check-out. Planning an event in Torun? This hotel has facilities measuring 517 square feet (48 square meters), including a meeting room. A shuttle from the hotel to the airport is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
