Pros (+) Location was convenient
Cons (-) The entrance was very slippery as they chose the wrong tile for winter time. The room had garbage in it from the previous people.

Cons (-) Very small rooms. NO PARKING. well, there is a couple of spots ON THE STREET , yet they still charge you $11 Dollars for parking on the street.

Pros (+) The place was newly renovated and was clean and like an actually big name hotel.
Cons (-) The fact that Kayak listed their price $10 cheaper than other websites but when you went to kayak’s website they had the same price as everyone else. Rooms were smaller. And we could only get the room on the main floor

Cons (-) Dirty dirty dirty shower floor..did not use..should e reported to authorities. Bed sheet where not changed Bed was so worn out it was shaped like a banana..

Pros (+) -Staff was very friendly and helpful when things broke down -Free breakfast -Very clean rooms -Best for singles. -Nice decoration and design -Close to downtown
Cons (-) -Very bad neighbourhood, (regent park) an addict came up to hug one of us while waiting for an uber -No fridge -Hairdryers barely worked -TV cuts in and out -Very thin walls, you can hear people talking in other rooms or in the lobby
