Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near metro stations and attractions, making it convenient for both tourists and business travelers. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the cleanliness of the hotel was frequently highlighted. However, several guests noted that the room sizes were small, which is typical for Tokyo, and some experienced noise issues due to ongoing construction or general sound insulation. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Very good

Jose, Apr 2023

Rooms were functional, but small. They should stock power adaptors that take the 3-prong US plug and connect into the 2-prong Japanese outlet.

Very good

Pros (+) Rooms were spacious by Tokyo standards and the bathroom/shower room were excellent. The cleanliness was very nice and the location to several different train lines was fantastic.

Cons (-) A drawback was the room for 4 was literally 4 twin size beds set up like baracks.

Wonderful

Kelly, Oct 2017

Pros (+) This hotel was wonderful! The staff was fabulous (and had no trouble speaking English) the rooms nicely appointed, the bedding so comfortable, and the place was immaculate. It was within three different metro stops and had lots of restaurants close by, too. Our room had a stunning view and was also incredibly quiet. And it was incredibly reasonable!
