Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, cleanliness, and traditional Japanese atmosphere, highlighting its proximity to Shibuya and tranquil setting. Many appreciated the friendly staff and unique amenities such as the onsen and tatami rooms. However, some guests noted shortcomings in amenities like the lack of in-room kettles, glasses, or elevators, and occasional issues with staff service. Overall, the positive aspects outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
