Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, which is convenient for exploring Tokyo and close to key attractions like Shibuya station. Many appreciated the spacious rooms, especially for Tokyo standards, and found the facilities such as kitchenettes and laundry machines very useful. While some guests highlighted the friendliness of the staff and the welcoming atmosphere, others noted issues with housekeeping frequency, cleanliness, and inconsistent service. Value for money was seen as fair by some but questioned by others due to the high price and limited daily cleaning. Overall, the positives focused on location, room size, and useful amenities.

Pros (+) Spacious for Tokyo- the bathroom was friendly for several travelers. It was great to have a kitchen with a washing machine! We loved the place and would definitely stay here again.
