The car had a terrible odor. Had to buy a car deodorizer. The inside windows were streaky and dirty. Had to buy Windex so I could get rid of the glare. Staff was great. Would have returned car immediately but had to leave due to urgency of going out of town to make it to reservation.Reviewed Apr 14 2025

The location I rented the vehicle from called me four hours prior to my rental and said they did not have the truck I reserved. I told them that was fine but I will definitely need a vehicle by noon. I then called 30 minutes before pick up time and was told there was no vehicle for me. If you reserve a vehicle and need it, do not rent from this location. The representative that I spoke with said “reservations are not cars”. I’ve rented cars all over the United States and the world and this is the worst service I’ve ever received.Reviewed Apr 11 2025
