This company is not at the airport do you have to take a shuttle into town to pick up the rental. This was not clear when I booked the rental and it looked like it was at the airport. The car we got was dirty. There was dirty Kleenex’s between the seats, tons of finger prints and smudge marks on the screen, receipts in the drink holders, and sticky substance on the steering wheel. I had some Lysol wipes and ended up wiping the car down myself. Worst of all, there were TWO previous customers contracts left in the car with personal information clearly available . Now, I recognize the customer should have taken the contract out but if the car was cleaned properly, they should have been found at that time. When I told the guy at the return counter and didn’t really seem to care that the car was dirty. It also smelled like cheap men’s cologne so I had to drive around for a while with the windows done in the winter to air out the car. I won’t be renting here again.Reviewed Mar 2 2025

Cons:I reserved a Nissan Rogue but they played bait and switch when we arrived and tried to stick us with a smaller car. Ended up having to pay extra to get a car where my head didn’t rub the headliner. Woman at the fest was condescending and rude.Reviewed May 30 2021
