Did not like the car, a Hyundai Elantra. It was hard to get into and out of. No service agent was at the airport on drop off. The car could have been cleaned better. There was a film on the inside of the windshield. On a positive note, the car got good gas mileage.Reviewed Aug 8 2021

Counter clerk forgot to provide me with a receipt to use as registration in case of a traffic stop. Instructions for returning the vehicle were not clear. Economy cars are very pricy. Not the best car rental experience I've ever had.Reviewed Aug 3 2021

Cons:The pick up location was a 20 min drive from the airport and they only ran 1 shuttle every 20-40 min. Also they did NOT have social distancing on the shuttle. They filled almost every seatReviewed Sep 16 2020
