stop up selling me!
Pros: car was fine, clean a few dirty cups
Cons: misleading pricing during the up-sell pitch resulting in saying"yes" only to find an increased cost of 12 bucks per day! (not 4) Only result was the line next to me processed three people/cars in the time it took me (1 person/car) to get my keys!

Cons: I had made a reservation 6 months prior to our arrival. I reserved exactly what I wanted. Upon our arrival, Thrifty was understaffed and had a huge line. The worker at the front of the line was constantly trying to upsell everyone with add-ons. First, he tried to charge me $60 to have both me and my wife as drivers. Then he tried to sell insurance. Then he tried to sell a ski rack on the roof. Then he tried to convince us to switch to a larger car. I realize that is his job, but when 1) the rush of people from our flight has completely passed from the airport 2) every other car rental has processed their customers from the flight 3) I have firmly said no to each alternative Then the upselling is getting ridiculous.
